We have really been enjoying going to Lowes in Murphy NC to get our Primo water refill instead of that other big blue box store that we used to frequent. There is always easy parking, the customer service is always top notch, and it is an overall pleasant experience. Today we were helped in a courteous and professional manner by all who were involved. Danielle and Lisa B were exemplary self checkout hosts, Joseph in the lawn and garden department found two amazing flowers for us to give to my sister as gifts for her birthday and the art of Amy was fully evident along the roadside as we pulled in. I can not recommend this place enough. If those other busy stores make you feel like youre always on your toes, than Murphy Lowes is the place to goes.

we had a VERY VERY BAD delivery experience - and the store manager was worthless. So why the 5 star review? Because the sales associate Linda and Department Manager Monica really saved the day - what a delight to work with someone who understands the importance of offering a SOLUTION instead of a half hearted mumbled "that's how it is - there is nothing I can do" ... because we all know there is SOMETHING you can do if only you cared enough to do it! Thank you Linda & Monica and I'm looking forward to enjoying my patio chairs when they arrive!

Had an issue a fan. Ron took the time to help us find what we needed. Very kind and helpful. The manager also came by and offer his services. Thank you Ron and Miguel. We live over an hour away but will be giving our future business to the Lowes in Murphy NC.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to Lowe's today to buy a $3800 mower. Called ahead to ensure they had the mower and was told they were in front of the mower looking at it. Then I drove 40 minutes to Lowe's in Murphy NC, where they took another 15 minutes to find the mower. I paid for the mower while they went to the back warehouse to get it. When they pulled it up front to load it on my trailer it was the wrong one, a cheaper one. Richard who was bringing the mower out was fantastic, and apologetic that they brought out the wrong one. He came back 15-20 minutes later and said they didn't have the mower ready to sell that we bought. He said our options were to return and buy a different mower, wait for the mower we bought to be built and pick it up next week, or just return it. We tried to talk to a manager about the situation and the manager replied to Richard that he wouldn't be giving us any discounts and wouldn't come up to talk to us. We asked him to come up anyways, and immediately when Mike the assistant manager came up he was rude and stuck up. As a manager they should try to rectify the issue. Instead he told us to return it and kick rocks. So I took my money and drove to Home Depot where we bought it for the same price, the employees were all cheerful and it was a quick process. From walking in to loading the mower, to driving away was no longer than 20 minutes. Richard gets a 10/10, Mike the assistant manager gets a 0/10. I hope the general manager sees this and reprimands the assistant manager, as I heard from employees he's like this often.

I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a fridge for 700 dollars it died a week later. They told me sorry there is nothing they can do for me. I need to call the manufacturer to get a it fixed. They will not get my money any more. I am also a vet and will be telling all my vet communities not to shop there.

This has got to be the worst Lowes I have ever dealt with. Every delivery I've ever TRIED to get from here has been a disaster. Today I was supposed to have several items delivered for my home I am building. I confirmed twice today for delivery and was sent a delivery window for today. Instead they sent a note saying it had been moved to Monday. I have people hired to come work TOMORROW. I can only work on this project on weekends, and next weekend is already booked with something else. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes trying to speak to a manager because nobody is available in delivery. Worst customer experience I can think of. You do know that Home Depot delivers as well. Last time I was in the store I couldn't get my cart through the aisles due to trash and product all over the floor. When I inquired about having some wood cut, the associate who wasn't wearing a vest told me the saw was down. When I went back to put the wood back another associate came to ask me how he could help. When I told him, he said there was nothing wrong with the saw at all, and cut the product. If you don't care about me, I sure don't care to give you anymore business. Now 25 minutes on hold. I assume they are waiting until everyone that can help has gone home, and I will just give up.

My wife went to lowes to pick us up a new push mower that was on sale by herself due to me being sick. I assured her someone would help her with getting it off the shelf and loading. Well guess who is wrong this guy. She called me upset that two employees say her trying to get it from the shelf and no one at the check out offered to help load it. She then got to her vehicle and another employee passed her while trying to load it. We were just trying to get the sale while it was going on and to be decent as a human I’m avoiding getting others sick. I expected more out of lowes. I guess they only offer help when it’s not much load or they can play on the fork lift. Last time I shops at big box stores again. Support local and get good treatment.
