I've might have already left the review once I don't know, but this place just gets worse and worse every time you go there. I already don't like the owner. I will be upfront about that. However, I've continued to go to that particular gas station because they're the cheapest for cigarettes in town, but they don't know how to order they're always out of certain sodas all the time, like they get a shipment and with an hour, they will be out of that soda you can't tell me that corporate doesn't want you to put more of that product on the shelf that is absolutely insane thinking to me and the grand point of it all today, I unfortunately lost my credit card last night that gas station's the last place I used, so of course I'm going. To check there first only. I had to waste my time to drive to the Gas station. It's I called 7 times no answer only for the facts to pick it up twice. Then when I got to the store I called while I was inside the store and lowered and behold. You cannot hear the phone out front so if they have working phone.Girls can't even hear It to answer it. doubt he has one tho. Just go down to high mylar.Better servibetter product cheaper gas nine out of ten times

Look lucky I gave 1 star.
Has some good service from a couple of the workers there but they are have watered down pop machine most days. Other things they are out of.
The only reason they have any business is because Crestline is a Itty bitty town. Not much to choose from here. The owner knows this and doesn't truly care in my opinion.
It'll still get my money only if I have to be there for my convenience. Other than that if you are from out of town or can avoid this place I highly suggest it.

Completely rude. Will never ever ever go back. I will go back to Mobil for everything I need. This place is a joke. I literally went there every other day at least and the lady at the register pretends not to know who I am. I have had multiple conversations with this woman. Lady you need to go to a freakin customer service seminar or something. This is coming from someone who has never wrote a review in his life, I usually let things go. Managed a convince store, resteraunt , kitchens, and factory department. You work with the public, develop a personality or go work in a funeral home.

This 7-11 is a model for what is wrong with America. There are some competent, nice folks at this store mostly on 2nd shift. If I knew their names I would give a big shout out to.
There is a faction of people employed (spending time here) who can only represent the hiring of the handicap because there is no other explanation for these folks.

We stopped by the other day on an 80 degree day & I suddenly wanted a slurpee. 7-11 is known for slurpees & I probably drink one on an average of every 5-6 yrs.. Too much HFC & artificial color for me. On this 80 degree day we couldn't make none of the 8 flavor choices work. None. Nada. 8 different flavors. 80 degrees. We managed to flag down one of the hire the handicap. She fiddled with the machine, she shrugged, alot of red lights came on & she told us we would have to wait. Told her Ihad been waiting. Asked my friend why no one like a district manager noticed they weren't selling slurpees on a hot day.
Stopped in the next day & noticed a new sign for a small slurpee & a hotdog for a special price. Good luck with that
