First and foremost… I am 100% sure of what has taken place, I’ve been on and off the phone with HR, Corperate, and also the Payroll Department…. Which none of them had any interest in following what’s right vs what’s wrong… the company doesn’t tell you that EVERY EMPLOYEE is working as a temp for the SAME COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT BUILDING YOU GO TO…. With that being said, MENASHA PACKAGING PARTNERED W ELITE STAFFING TREAT TEMP EMPLOYEES LIKE LITERAL SLAVES… the warehouse management HARASS YOU ALL DAY, giving you jobs no one else wants to do, making you perform jobs that are meant for MULTIPLE PEOPLE, BY YOUR SELF… they send you home and cut down the hours you worked if you simply ask for help… they expect human beings to be able to Open a box full of product, order the product IN A VERY SPECIFIC WAY THAT YOU WERE NEVER PROPERLY TRAINED ON, throw away the boxes… AND make sure they’re properly folded in a certain manner, ALSO while tagging and taping and being forced to NOT try to work ahead to give yourself some leeway. All while trying to keep up with a MACHINE ASSEMBLY STRUCTURED BELT……. They harass you for simply trying to hydrate yourself with water and don’t even think about takin tb a bathroom break…. Because if it’s your first day, they’re putting you in the MOST IMPORTANT PLACE ON THE LINE so that you have no choice but to be constantly moving at every single nanosecond… the first time I was harassed and sent home, I talked to management and was very descriptive… I was given an “incident report” that I filled out very detailed…. Never even an attempt of a response to it from HR…. The staff at the contract building lie on your performance saying you were moved multiple times and when you have proof in your own device showing how you weren’t performing wrong or slowly, they tell you “you shouldn’t have had your phone on the floor” yet if i didn’t, I would have been lied on…. And at the end of all of this they decide to cut my time 4 hours saying I left the 6am to 4:30 pm shift at 10:30…. Yet they worked and harassed me until 2:30… stating that if they’re unhappy with the performance they don’t have to pay…. That is illegal…. This review is NOT A MISTAKE…. There have been NO ERRORS made so Elite staffing do NOT try to make it seem like this happened and you all didn’t know… I called and continued to call every office possible…. I’m continuously turned away with valid logic AND solid PROOF to back the things I say and now things are suddenly dragging and I still haven’t been paid…. The only people in elite staffing that do their jobs fair are the older white woman that’s sometimes there in the morning, and the guy Mr Lewis…. From the Hammond office They’re the ONLY people who do their jobs fairly and with RESPECT! Especially Lewis… it’s not surprising they have him doing the orientation/applications…. Overall…. This company will MAKE WHATEVER YOURE GOING THROUGH TO EVEN BE THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE…. WORSE! STAY AWAY…. THEY WILL TRY TO RESPOND TO THIS IN A WAY THAT MAKES THEM LOOK LESS GUILTY…. I been working for about 6-7 years now and no benefits were given. No sick time pay, no work injury compensation and they will treat you like garbage. They only care that you work so they can also get payed. I so not recommend anyone to apply start your own business, they don’t care about you!

They hired me and my significant other and everyday when come we get turned around because the lack of work. We applied since early May and have been coming everyday traveling a decent distance just to get turned around. We really need work and we make sure we come very early. We arrive at 3:00 AM everyday.

Me and my significant other got in a bad car crash and our work i.d’s were in the car. And the lady at the desk told us, we can’t for for two weeks and said we need to be more responsible. After we told her about the occurrence that took place.. very bad professional services.. we were highly offended.. and also this happens the day before yesterday. So it was June 10th. Me and my girlfriend is just trying to work and the ladie at the desk told us we have to wait two weeks in order to get another print out of our work i’d’s when here it is all you have to do is print it out… so are we able to come in and get new id’s and work? Because we need it… and also I called and asked for the manager, someone answered the phone very sassy and very rude.. we are just trying to work..

Elite Staffing Service been real helpful since I’ve been with them. They assist with transportation, they have steady job’s . They really help the community a lot . It’s a lot of agency that don’t supply transportation they even bought vehicles extended their transportation for people to get to work. Very helpful. I remember back in the days were transportation didn’t exist at temp agencies people should be bless they are getting help in getting jobs through Elite.. Elite in Hammond the Staff keep up the good work…..

My whole back and spine is hurting and I’m not feeling well I don’t know how can a multi million dollar company hire someone and not supply proper training and adequate resources working in a below 0 degrees freezer packing and unpacking cheese for 8 hours and one 30 min lunch break in between those hours. Then only have 5 minute bathroom break before a line leader /higher position employee comes in and start yelling telling you bathroom time is over. They didn’t care if your feet was frozen and needed to be thawed out. Working for Elite Staffing was definitely not an experience I would recommend or would want anyone to experience . So much product needed to be unpacked and repackaged in that freezer you literally could have been on job for a year and still have tons of packaging left. The temp agency hired black workers to work on probation for 90 days and treated me and my peers horribly during that time. Now Elite staffing wants to give me wooden nickels for all my expense in time and energy they managed to take from me forcing me to work highly impulsively in a unsafe environment which they should’ve known can cause serious injury noting the fact they have been in business for many years. Also multiple machines constantly needed maintenance or checkup due to a malfunction occurring while in use. To top it all off the company that is negligent gets paid a fat check for causing my injury wayyy more than my medical bill and settlement put together. My attorney Zach isn’t to thank but to promise a big check for me at the beginning of my case and then see the numbers in contract for both sides bothers me since I’m the one needing physical therapy and in consistent discomfort everyday. There’s no dollar amount can change the pain I still feel to this day from a injury that happen more than 2 years ago and I was only hired on the job little over 2 months . I want my life and back right . Elite & Menasha must injury people on probation period intentionally to get away with paying the lowest price they can in insurance coverage to injured employees and pocket the rest. Medical care provided was walking, stretching, and band resistance training. If that’s what is going to make me better then I’ll do that but my pain is still there and doing these things that cause more pain isn’t that satisfying.Thanks for reading.

They make it extremely difficult for those who want and NEED to work. They are short and rude in their responses both on the phone and in person. I worked three days in a row one particular week and on those days when I called in for work, I got an answer on the first couple of rings then after that it was like my calls were ignored for the rest of the week and the week after. Very disappointing and discouraging. Sadly, based off of previous reviews, it doesn't seem like anything will be done about it. If the problem lies in the fact that they are not able to answer calls at the given time, I propose a better system be put in place for those who take their own transportation to said facility.

I simply made a phone call after I did an online application, the woman who answered the phone was over-the-top rude!! "Naw we ain't got yo application You NEED TO COME IN!!" Who the hell wants to talk to a jerk like that in person!!! This is a temp agency, so clients are probably already stressed about their finances Only to be mistreated by some ignorant individual...after reading reviews I may never go here!!! Because if My pay is tampered or if there are discriminatory practices taken place here, I WILL NOT just be writing a review about it!!! There are laws that protect us from Scum! In fact I am going in!
