From the moment DFW Security scheduled our installation, everything ran smoothly and on time. Johnny Donnell, our installer, was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He walked me through every detail of the system with patience and clarity, making sure I understood the features and settings that best fit our home.

Johnny’s attention to detail was evident in how neatly everything was installed, and his ability to troubleshoot on the spot gave me complete confidence in both the equipment and the support team behind it. He took extra time to customize the system to our preferences and didn’t leave until everything was functioning perfectly.

I will give 5 stars for Herman the technician that came by to fix the problem. But it should not take so long to get a technician scheduled to come fix a problem. Over a week from the initial report of the issue, closer to two weeks. Especially when the problem is from faulty equipment purchased from DFW Security. And that equipment is only 7 months old. The process of reporting the initial problem was not good. Too many press this number, please hold, then the calls being
dropped ,calling back and the same long drawn out process. Been nice if the first person called back. Then there's not one number that calls you there's many different ones when they are trying to reach you to schedule or verify scheduling. Wasn't happy with all that especially after the price for installation and the monthly fees. Then I was told I don't have a commercial account therefore they don't respond as quickly.
Not happy with the process at all. That's why I put 2 stars, not because of anything any technician did in the field.
The technician in the field was great! The office personnel need to take lessons from the people working in the field.
Disappointed in the initial process of getting things fixed when the fail.

Larry with DFW Security was very friendly, texted me when he was on his way, and arrived on time. He is very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue I was having. He replaced and upgraded the door unit, and installed an extra window break unit in my bedroom, all while checking the system to make sure everything was connected and working well. Thank you Larry!

The price was great, the communication was excellent, and even though I just got the system installed, I already love the app — it feels simple, secure, and gives me real peace of mind.
