Some of the volunteers are extremely rude to clients. They expect you to automatically know how everything works there, even if you are new. These people are in the wrong business if they are incapable of civility.

There should be more of a background check on who is picking up the free food. The amount of cars that come and go that are not only doing just that, coming and going as in there’s nobody homeless receiving food or without a car (I live practically across the street and have multiple cameras showing parts of the food bank on top of leaving for work every day and see what goes on) and most of said cars are $20k+ in value and not even a couple years old… if you make a minimum you can’t intake benefits from the federal government, why don’t they do the same here?

Talk about a crime syndicate disguised as a food bank. When you donate to this scam food bank, you are donating to all the employees who steal the food. What is left is a mess of mush that is given to the needy. This place should lose its non profit status. The employees all seem to be on Meth and are super aggressive to the needy, who question them, when they see the employees stealing the food. And when the needy go in to get essentials, a woman with blonde hair, who clearly is on major drugs, yells and tells the people there is nothing for them, but will have plenty for the employees to stuff in their cars. It is truly the most disgusting fraud I have ever witnessed. I dropped off a elderly man who needed a ride to the food bank. I waited outside. What I saw was infuriating. The man was told he could only have 4 rolls of TP, (for 2 months) yet the employees where able to get (3) 9 rolls for themselves to stash in their cars. Then he asked for laundry soap, and the woman yelled NO LAUNDRY SOAP. But guess what? I saw 4 employees with laundry soap in their arms while they stashed it in their cars. Then I witnessed a truck that had just come from Safeway. The employees raided the truck of all the food and nothing ever made it to the needy. There was at least 50 boxes of cereal donated. NOT ONE box made it to the needy. Another employee was there to steal all the perennial plants. She loaded her car up and left with it all. Then a women with dyke hair, yelled at two women for asking if they could have one. Employees first, the needy VERY LAST. All the employees are lying scamming frauds and should be prosecuted.
BEWARE EMPLOYEES, YOU ARE UNDER SURVEILLANCE!

Brie was absolutely wonderful . She treated me with absolute kindness and respect even though I am disabled. Never once that she made me feel uncomfortable. Super quick and was kind enough to help me with paperwork so I understood. 10 out of 10
