I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Jimmie Hale Mission warming station. This was my first time visiting, and it was shockingly inhumane. The outdoor toilets were covered in human feces and waste, creating unsanitary and degrading conditions. The inside of the warming station was also disgustingly dirty. Beyond the unsanitary conditions, some of the volunteers behaved inhumanely towards the people seeking shelter. They failed to provide basic necessities like showers and hygiene products. Even worse, I witnessed some volunteers stealing donated items, including food, clothing, blankets, and hand warmers, instead of distributing them to those in need. The environment felt unsafe, especially for women. I personally experienced harassment from some of the volunteers. This organization needs to take immediate action to address these serious issues, starting with a complete overhaul of their warming station and volunteer staff. This was a truly disturbing experience.

Im a client at Jimmie Hale and it is not a mission it is pathway to a sober life everyone working there is awesome thanks miss.Tee Caldwell & mike Taylor and to the entire staff took me off the streets and on my feet most importantly Almighty god who showed me grace because today I have values in place & set boundaries most of all I have a renewed mind love you all ,I'm sober today.
