It was a pink food truck! And I had really mindful experience. The owner was a very kind and lively person. He recommended his best menu, Jerked teriyaki and Spicy honey garlic bowl, and we ordered them. We are from South Korea and they were extremely delicious! Thanks for your all kindness and good food.

Family and I needed a spot for lunch during a drive from the Grand Canyon to Las Vegas, and we kind of hit the jackpot. Rick (the owner) was super attentive and took our order personally, even making dietary adjustments for a family member with allergies. Food was great! I ordered the Jerked Teriyaki - super flavorful, juicy chicken, all coated with a delicious teriyaki sauce. Rick is one to something here.

Food: great
Atmosphere: food truck, come as you are
Service: great

We stoped here on the way from Grand Canyon to Las Vegas , we weren’t sure if it’s open but the owner came outside . I have many food restrictions, no gluten no dairy , he made me delicious meal ,well seasoned ,it was wonderful , my husband had just one of the regular bowl and he also loved it. Everything very fresh and tasty ! Very nice knowledgeable man , highly recommend ! I would eat there every day if I could !

The nicest owner - the food was delicious! 6 of us got a variety of dishes and all loved them. The jerk teriyaki chicken bowl had really yummy grilled broccoli, carrots and jerk rubbed chicken. The chicken quesadilla was the favorite. We sat outside at a nearby park table and the owner came out and checked on us to make sure it was all good. Amazing service! And large portions for great prices!

Amazing spot to drop into for a quick bite after visiting the Grand Canyon. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and the food is absolutely incredible. I got the chicken cheesesteak with pretzel bun and fries. It was seasoned perfectly. Water and drink is free with the meal. It’s next to the saloon and you can sit there and eat too, as the shop is pretty small when you walk in with weak lighting. The pretzel with cheese was incredible. The picture we have posted is the small size so I can’t even imagine what the large size is like. The food came out quickly and the owner even came out to chat with us about why he started the shop. Super nice family run spot and would go there again.

Man.. ain’t we the lucky ones! Pit stop luncheon in Williams, AZ and the live music was just as delicious as the meal! This place is the best lunch we have had in 10 days of cruising the West and the staff made us feel right at home! True Western hospitality and delicious food!

OMG. You've got to eat here! Amazing mandarin chicken. Owner was very nice. He explained the menu & we spoke how we're both originally from the northeast. He even told me about a waterfall nearby (we'll be going on our way back to Phoenix). I ordered a large mandarin chicken & split with my hubby for lunch. Owner also gave us some tasty soup. We both agreed everything was amazing, delicious & fresh! So glad I saw this food truck online b4 going to the Grand Canyon. Definitely recommend people to stop here, especially if passing thru to/from the GC.

I feel so bad for Mr. Gonzalez, who is an incredibly kind man who obviously takes a lot of pride in his business and serves good, honest food made with love.

This place does not deserve your 1-star reviews for its mask-optional policy which violates no state or local ordinances. Arizona has chosen to leave mask policy up to its municipalities and Williams has chosen to leave it up to business owners. If you do not feel safe or comfortable with this business' policy, simply eat elsewhere. It's not as though Williams has a shortage of restaurants. If you've ever called someone a "Karen" for putting up a stink about having to wear a mask somewhere, realize that you are literally worse for leaving a 1-star review because of what you think OTHER people need to be doing.

Anyway, as far as the actual food goes (you know, what should actually be considered when reviewing a restaurant), they have a lot of dishes ranging from Mexican to Asian and more, some of which kind of cross over into Mexican-Asian-fusion territory, like if you were to order an orange chicken burrito. Regardless, though, it's good stuff. Very flavorful and pleased a wide range of tastes between me, my wife, and in-laws. They loved the chips & salsa so much that they ordered some to take back to our hotel in Flagstaff for a late night snack. They serve Stubborn brand soda as well, which are great sodas made with real cane sugar.

They are connected through a hallway to the bar in front, which was fun and quirky establishment that seemed to be mostly full of locals. Mr. Gonzalez encouraged us to stop in for a drink and offered to bring our food out to us in the bar.

5 stars easily. By the way if you were curious, it's been more than a week since we ate there, and none of us caught COVID ?
