While the personnel up front are friendly and will greet you and assist you as needed. Unfortunately, there is no way for someone who is disabled to easily get around in this facility.

I have made multiple requests for a motorized cart For disabled citizens comma however , I have not had so much as a single phone call as requested.

Santa Cruz County Complex is perched on a hill and it has a great view over Mariposa Road and hills beyond. It has a semi difficult walking path behind the complex. Love it but some inclines are testing. Phew.

Not very handicap friendly. Have to walk miles to get to building dept. Should open back door. Other than that, friendly service.

Very polite and helpful employees. It is one of the nicest county buildings in the state. The walls are colorful and there are displays of the history of our area.
