I recently had the pleasure of working with Visiting Angels, and I cannot speak highly enough about the level of care and professionalism we received. Having to ask someone for help when caring for your family member and in this case my mother was difficult but, from the moment we contacted them, the staff was responsive, compassionate, and incredibly helpful.

The caregivers assigned to us were not only skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. They took the time to understand our needs and provided personalized care that made a significant difference in our daily lives. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort and well-being were evident in everything they did.

Communication with the agency was seamless. They kept us informed and involved in the care process, making us feel confident and reassured that our loved one was in good hands. The administrative staff was also exceptional, handling all the paperwork and scheduling with efficiency and a friendly attitude.

Overall, Visiting Angels exceeded our expectations in every way. They provided top-notch care and support during a challenging time, and we are incredibly grateful for their services. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of home health care.

My family has been using Visiting Angels in Oro Valley for our aging mother over the past several years. She has experienced a few injuries in the past that has required her to need extra assistance. The care they have provided my mom has always been exceptional. They are caring and professional and do a great job communicating all needed information to the family. Most recently, she was hospitalized for declining health. Since us daughters live in another state, we were in need of help quickly to assist her in discharge from the hospital and, a plan for getting her help ongoing until we could travel to Oro Valley. Within a few hours, they had organized a schedule of help to accomplish it all. I truly appreciated their kindness, strong communication of what would occur, and the ease in setting it all up. I worked with Adrianna by phone and she was so helpful and compassionate. She efficiently managed all of our needs and I can't say enough about the excellent care Visiting Angels has provided our family.

My Siblings and I do not live near my elderly mother who desperately wanted to remain in her home. She had reached the stage where we wanted “eyes on” her daily. For over a year the Visiting Angels visited for two hours daily. They ran errands, played games with her, did her laundry and so much more. The day came when the Angels alerted us that Mom seemed to be struggling to complete Activities of Daily Living. Their assessment was accurate and we requested the Angels to care for Mom 24/7. They implemented this change to the schedule with impressive speed. The Visiting Angels concern, compassion, reliability, wisdom and empathy has been outstanding in every area and my brothers and I highly recommend them.

Visiting Angels has been a caregiver for my family for several years. They did a very good job and generally were communicative. The billing process is a little cumbersome and has a surcharge for some of the more convenient payment methods. Overall, they have been the best caregivers I have worked with, providing consistent quality and service.

We reached out to Visiting Angels just over a year ago for assistance - attracted to your agency for the promise of assistance with long-term care disability claims and coordination with VA, Medicare and Hospice. We also liked that we would have "Angels" watching over our elderly friend and god-father to our children! And they were, every single one of your staff were Angels here with us during the last year of our friend's life. They gave him the gift of care and conversation and endless glasses of water ( he continually forgot he had a glass already in his hands!)

We especially want to commend to you the services of Deogratias Bihimana - it is challenging to find male caregivers and whatever you are paying this caregiver of yours it isn't enough. You want to keep him! He was amazing and he has a great big heart to which our friend responded to even in his last days. I shall not forget him standing there, at the ready for any need, but with tears welled up in his eyes as the hospice nurse called in a chaplain to sing - beautiful song about your heart being where you are loved. Deo would also sing to our friend and he loved it!

Your Tucson office staff were responsive, kind, and the perfect mix of practical but compassionate. Becky Ratliff-Bosh was hugely helpful the entire year we had Visiting Angels with us. Would I use Visiting Angels for myself? Absolutely.
