Trying on my own to find a decent facility for my 103 year old mom proved frustrating and actually impossible. When I was told about Serenity Senior Services, I wondered what their angle was.was, but I called out of desperation . Thank goodness I did. Their “ only angle” is to genuinely help one find a perfect placement for a loved one. The knowledge and skill they have with which to do this is impressive. Thanks to Danny Klein I have a wonderful place for my mom that meets everyone of her needs and mine. There are no words to describe how grateful I am. Thank you Serenity Senior Services.

In August of 2019 my mother fell and broke her leg. She had lived alone but the time had come to move her first to a rehab place and then to an assisted living situation. When she was in rehab the clock started ticking. We had to move her 21 days from when she arrived. That’s when we found Danny. Danny is on the board of a Jewish Family nonprofit that help with seniors. He was quick to meet with me and mom. Quickly assessed her and had several places for me to look at. He gave great advice with no pressure. Once we narrowed it to 2 places we made the decision and moved her. Need a hospital bed? Danny had a resource. Want to see a smaller in home place. We got right in. Need a physical trainer to continue aggressive PT? Danny’s got one. I needed a resource for a car dealership, Danny had one! I couldn’t be happier with his service. He went above and beyond. As he stated to me, “I won’t place your mom anywhere that I can’t stand behind. My reputation depends on it.”

I am very impressed with this organization's commitment to helping seniors navigate through the process of finding the best options for long-term care. Danny and Yvonne are not salespeople but provide a much needed service to help reduce the time and stress involved in making important choices for oneself or a loved one who needs care. They understand that there are many factors that go into decision-making. They don't rush the process, and they have the knowledge and patience to recognize that one size does not fit all. They can work with all budgets and levels of care. I would not hesitate to call them, they don't even charge their clients a penny.

Danny and his team are consummate professionals. We were going through a very difficult situation with the death of our mother and needed to find assisted living for my dad very quickly. Danny was a huge help every step of the way, giving us advice, helping us survey our options and making connections for us without any sales tactics or pressure. We ended up placing our dad through a different agency in a different state, but Danny was patient and helpful up to the end of our decision-making process. You can tell he cares about his clients & prioritizes families finding the best fit.

I can't make enough positive comments about Serenity Senior Services. My father was released from the hospital a little over two weeks ago and we needed to find assisted living for him. I wasn't sure where to start to look for a place. I was given the name of Serenity Services and specifically one of the owners, Danny Klein. Danny called me back right away and walked me through the process of finding a place. He answered questions I didn't even know I had. He recommended Atria Campana Del Rio due to the proximity to where my brother lived and to the number of Jewish residents which was important to my father. Danny set up a visit which he attended and my Dad and I were sold. Danny was so personable with my Dad and truly cared about the transition for my father. Once we made the decision for Dad to move into Atria, Danny recommended a moving company as well as connected us with someone who could do a quick turnaround COVID test for Dad. Dad moved in last week and is adjusting well. Danny still is just a text or phone call away for me and my family and is still giving me referrals and answering my questions. It took us two weeks from my first contact with Danny to my Dad moving into an excellent assisted living place. Danny and Serenity Senior Services do an excellent job matching clients to assisted living options. I would have spent hours, if not weeks and months, researching to find an appropriate place for my father. I am so grateful and I highly recommend Serenity Senior Services.

Danny Klein and Serenity Senior Services has been an absolute godsend for my family. Danny has helped my 85 year old father move into his second senior care facility in Tucson, AZ while coordinating with me long distance (Charlotte, N.C.) for some time now. His personalized service, working with caregivers, getting to know my father personally and recommending various external service providers has been invaluable. He is available by phone, text and email which has made Serenity’s service very user-friendly. I cannot recommend SSS highly enough - please call and use them!!!

Tom from Serenity Senior Services was wonderful to work with. He made me feel very comfortable that if my mother decided she did not want to move at the last minute that it was fine, there was no pressure. He was a wealth of information not only about adult care homes but also about where to obtain medical equipment and how to find a nurse practitioner to come to wherever my mother was living. At the last minute when my mother decided not to move it was all of this information that helped me ensure her safety where she was. Tom was so wonderful about all of it and I assured him he would be the first person I would call if she does need to move and I would be more than happy to refer anyone to Serenity Senior Services!

In December 2023, I was having trouble locating a location for my brother to move to from his home. I contacted Danny on a Wednesday evening. He took extreme care in understanding the situation. We had a visit arranged the next day (Thursday) at a single facility which was exactly what we were looking for. All paperwork was completed on Friday and move in occurred on Monday (New Years Day). It could not have gone any smoother and Danny was key in expediting his placement. Thank you Danny - you were great and it is clear you care. Previously, I did not understand the availability of a local provider in the Tucson area as opposed to the large placement providers. Danny knows Tucson, understands the needs of clients, and understands people - that knowledge is key to finding an appropriate residence.
