Some of the services are great Dr. Brown is one of the good psychiatrists there however do not trust any of the therapists there I had put in a referral for therapy and they gave me malik I forgot his last name he goes by Mick however My first session with him went well however after the second session he booted me after I told him I refuse EMDR and Grounding, then later at around 7pm the police had knocked on grandmothers door wanting to talk to me turns out Mick had called the police, even though during the first session he had stated that yes he is a mandatory reporter but doesn't resort to that, Don't trust any of the therapists there because even though they say they say you can trust them they'll still report you, I plan on calling on monday to put in an official formal written complaint.

The staff here are great. If you're new your appointment may be booked out but after your first appointment everything is well managed. I've had and seen nothing but kindness from everyone that works here.

I am very IRATE!! I have been taking a antidepressant for years. I came to COPE with my prescription. The represcribed the medication. That was fine. Then I missed the next appointment and called them and reschedule the appointment, they put me in like three months later, so now I do not have a presciption. I called the doctor and he prescibed until my appointment and then he put a hold on my antidepressants!!! How many times has the doctors told people on antidepressants to not just abruptly stop them, but that is what they did to me!!! I am beyond angry. This in unconscionable. This is irresponsible to play with someone's mental health and stability. I will definately be putting a complaint to the state and whoever I need to. Because this is irrepsonsible for a mental health care facility to abruptly stop someone's medication without even calling the person. They could have called in a bridge until my appointment that was 10 days away! This is also supposed to be an outreach center! NEVER have they done any outreach! I wish more people had a CHOICE of where to go, because this is not where I would choose to go.

Bad communication rude staff makes appointments for clients without informing them and then penalizes them for missing appointments they never told you about closed out case before respond date receptionist is the meanest coldest person. Literally la colla location is horrible and a failure in mental health. Go to craycroft instead. Ask for Brisa shes the best case manager ever always takes time for you and goes above and beyond. Craycroft all the way.

I have seen 5 doctors in 18 months! Each doctor wants to change my meds and i have been hospitalized twice. My refill requests have been with them for three days. I told them it was importantly to refill my temaxapam and vyvance today because i am going out of town because my daughter had a baby. No one called me yesterday. Whenvi called today i was told no doctor was there tiday to sign off- except for special circumstances and mine wasn't special. My trip will now be postponed for who knows how long.
It is Jaylyn, medical assistant who is the main culprit. She does not relay my messages, iNEVER answes her phones dies not call back. Leo quan is the nurse practitioner i am seeing--- via monitor. I have not seen him in person. VERY FRUSTRATING and unprofessional. I am at their mercy and they just dont care

Some of the services they have are great but be careful because the medical professionals tend to dismiss patients. My mom started a new medication they perscribed and around the same time she started to experience slurred speach, inability to walk, inability to eat and just an overall decline in mobility. I told her to schedule an appointment with her doctor there. They set up a video appointment with a nurse practitioner. I was shocked to see that the NP then prescribed an allergy medication!!! The staff urged me to take her to the ER because they said that wasnt right. I took her to the ER and they took her in right away because she was having signs of a stroke. Turns out in was a brain tumor. I should have made a complaint right after that but we were going through a lot. If you have a loved one going here just be careful.

This Cope did me well. I used the behavioral health services for a few years. Every need I had was met and I was comfortable there. The groups can help you understand yourself better and live in society. I always had enough medicine and appointments. The staff is professional and the clinic is run much the same as all behavioral health clinics. I know, I lived in 4 different states so far. I emplore you to get RSS trained and if you can work, you'll get a great job. Please don't rag on this business. With limited budget they do well. If you'd like to get off drugs, they can help you find balance to where you don't need substances. Get the intake phone # and get started.
