I joined the Junior League of Phoenix (JLP) in 2018 to learn more about the needs of the Phoenix community and make new connections. Not only have I accomplished that, but I've also received personal and professional development. I've had opportunities to attend top-notch conferences nationwide and serve on the Management Team and Board of Directors.

I credit JLP for my diverse network and friendships and for developing a skill set that allows me to serve on other boards in the community. I also credit my experience in JLP for helping me navigate a career switch.

If you're looking for community service, a social outlet, or diverse leadership/training opportunities, I recommend checking out JLP.

I’ve been a member of the Junior League for more than 11 years and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The organization has helped me become a better version of myself, make an impact on my local community, and make lifelong friendships. Proud to be a part of this pillar of the Phoenix community!

The Junior League of Phoenix does so many wonderful things in the community and its members truly care about making a difference in the lives of others. Their annual events like Touch A Truck and the Rummage Sale raise money that goes right back into the community. There are so many programs in Phoenix that wouldn't really have come to fruition without the League and the impact they make in the community runs deep. Such a great organization!!

The Junior League of Phoenix does a lot of amazing work throughout Arizona, through its own community projects as well as by training its members to serve and volunteer with other non-profits throughout the Valley.

Unfortunately this organization has lost its way and completely succumbed to wokeism. You would never know its mission was once volunteerism and development of women. Over the last two years, under poor leadership, it has been transformed into a mouthpiece of whatever leftist political agenda is de rigeur. If you are looking for volunteer opportunities, and ways to help your community and meet friends from diverse backgrounds (including diverse ideologies), look elsewhere.
