If I could give no stars I would.. I never receive a call from the caseworker despite several requests for call backs. The wait time to speak with someone is ridiculous.. I waited over 35 minutes only to be hung up on. I'm getting no help whatsoever enforcing an order despite the arrears and no current payments. It's one excuse literally after another. no one wants to do their job! It's an absolute disgrace!

DES Child Support division needs some operational changes and better customer service including being able to call and speaking to an actual staff instead of that trash automated system. In addition, they don't respond to their emails.

Very frustrating agency to be involved with and would recommend keeping the State out of family matters cause once they're in it's a difficult frustrating process to get them out. Very disappointing.

When I first submitted paperwork 8 years ago, the first thing said to me was "we will be lucky to ever get anything from Arizona, they are known for not enforcing child support". I then heard this a dozen more times over the years!
If there was a zero star option, I would choose that. Their mission statement is (DCSS Mission: Provide timely child support services that are in the best interest of the child. #HelpingFamilies)
They have had my paperwork (submitted 3 separate times) for 2 and 1/2 years. While my children's father lives in a 1/2 million dollar home, and his step kids attend private school, he pays $88 a month for five kids, that isn't even consistently enforced. His children live well below the poverty line. Nobody does anything, everyone says I need to contact someone else. Their mission statement is a bold faced lie!
*update* 3 years later NOT one single thing has been done. If I send messages or call, I'm told they are "reviewing" the paperwork, or that it is on the desk of the States Attorney that needs to review it.
Nothing! The youngest are going to turn 17, and not one thing done!
