Glenda was so friendly and helpful! She made recommendations on brochures and gave a map on how to get to old Town, something we missed. Ate at Colts... excellent food!

We were in Cottonwood on vacation and stopped in the Chamber to pick up brochures on places we wanted to see. We were met by one of the rudest and most snarkey elderly woman we've encountered. She obviously has been there way too long and her attitude shows it. If the chamber thinks hiring volunteers like her helps their cause, they need to reevaluate their business. If I was a chamber member I would be concerned.

We visited the chamber of commerce the other day in hopes of getting information on area hiking trails. The woman working that day (not sure of her name, an older woman with white hair) was less than welcoming. She seemed outright grumpy! Giving 2 stars due to the amount of info we found on our own. One star for her lack of friendliness friendlines.

+JMJ...Sunday, 12.22.2019...Very wonderful establishment to pay a visit. Had an opportunity to visit here several months ago. The volunteer was very friendly and helpful in sharing details about places to visit in Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome, and Sedona. They have a great supply of leaflets that are helpful for anyone hoping to explore parks, to find great eating places and to visit historical sites. Though I have visited only once, whenever possible, I suggest to inquisitive out of towners that they pay a visit.

Christian and the staff at the visitors center really know a thing or two about how to make the most of your vacation to Cottonwood or how to start and run a new business in Cottonwood. They have great service and really spend the time it takes to understand your needs!

the Chamber of Commerce. They go out of there way for people starting new businesses in the City they help you on the website to promote any specials or events your planning. can

I went in today seeking a 2022-2023 state travel guide and was rudely told by the woman that the 2021-2022 one I had in my hand was the latest. There's newer editions out now. Customer service was lacking there.

Went in at 11am on a Wednesday, nobody around. It's hard to get information with no one to answer questions... Lots of pamphlets.
Not going back.
