I would definitely put no stars on this.! This place is a joke!,If you want your love ones to come over here and die quickly because of neglect then this is the place for you! IF YOUR LOVED ONE FALLS, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU KNOW.MY MOTHER DIED HERE WITH A BROKEN HIP THAT WE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT UNTIL AFTER A BROKEN NOSE BECAUSE SHE FELL ON HER FACE BUMPS AND BRUISES EVERYWHERE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.IT'S FAKE! FIRST OF ALL THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH WORKERS!
I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!!!!! AND ANOTHER THING, IF YOUR LOVED ONE FALLS OR ANYTHING.THEY DO NOT WANT TO SEND THEM TO THE HOSPITAL TO GET CHECKED.THEY JUST PASS IT ON LIKE NOTHING! THIS PLACE HAS BEEN SUED SO MANY TIMES!!!!!!!!! PEOPLE DO YOUR HOMEWORK.DO YOU RESEARCH BEFORE YOU PUT ANYBODY YOU LOVE IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!
ANOTHER THING THE HOSPITAL SENT MY SISTER THERE.FOR WHAT I DO NOT.KNOW SHE DIED THE NEXT DAY!!!
THEY ONLY TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY.AND THAT'S THE TRUTH !!!!!

Katie Bower, the receptionist, Monday through Thursday goes above and beyond her duties as a receptionist. She helps me with my wheelchair. When I go over to visit my husband she not only gets it out of my trunk and puts it together. She makes sure I get in the wheelchair safely when I leave. She makes sure I get in my car safely. She takes my wheelchair apart and she puts it in the trunk. For me, you all need more workers like Katie, she is exceptional.

Haven has been caring for my grandfather since Sept of last year. It is comforting to see that the care givers and staff take a caring and patient approach with their residents. I have worked closely with Destiny for all his needs. She is quick to respond, efficient, professional, empathetic, and supportive. She has also been a great liaison with my family and the medical professionals …so helpful! Lastly, on the occasions we have concern, she is quick to address the issue.

I've had various family members in and out of this facility over the years. The most recent has been the most exceptional, 100% due to the great service and relationship working with Jennifer Williams, Resident Relations Manager. Jennifer is caring and attentive to the residents as well as their families. She is an effective communicator and helps alleviate many stressors during what could be a difficult time for families. What a gem they have in her. 🏆⭐️

Carrie Ann is a great contribute to Haven as an individual. With Carrie being there she keeps residents active and joyful with her hard working crafts she creates for the residents. She is THE perfect person for the job she has been doing for so long.

My mom is there, been there longer than expected. I am EXTREMELY grateful for Jennifer Williams, Patient Relations her help. Jennifer is absolutely the kindest and most helpful person we’ve been lucky enough to have for help in there. She’s genuinely there because she cares and wants these patients to thrive and be well again. She goes the extra mile to help families make sure their loved ones are getting the help they need.

That place is horrible. The patient care is horrible. My mother had a bedsore. She said her butt hurt. Pulled her Depends down an no bandage. A huge hole. You bring stuff in for your loved ones and they steal everything. Once my mother was bedridden they just shoved her tray in the room. If I called 15 times my call would go through to the back an they would hang up 15 times. If you have a love one in there you better keep a close eye on them . I sent my Mother a package Mothers Day she didn’t get anything. The usually stole what they wanted but this time they took the whole box. I got a hold of the Postoffice a they tracked it to the front desk. I have called Administration a that didn’t help none . I always sent cards pictures and candy and clothes. My mother got the card and pictures. But Mother’s Day they took the whole box. A very sorry place to have a love one.
