The people who work here giving away food on Wednesdays are so nice. It's a much needed service for so many who are struggling. I am going back for one of their yummy free dinners too!

I went for a "Community Dinner." Even though I know we're still in a pandemic, for some reason I thought I would actually sit down with my community and eat. Silly me! It was takeout. They had a vegetarian option, but was disappointed that both choices had white rice (unhealthy). Still, they had free food in addition - fruits, frozen packages of different proteins and more. The volunteers were all friendly.

They have really good meals for the homeless and if you don't have anything to do or nothing to eat you can always go by there and they'll help you out with whatever they can

Room provided by community center for Parkinsons presentation. Room good size, Great cross ventalation, chairs were comfortable and room had great accoustics, making speaker audible without using microphone and speakers.

This is the only community center I’ve ever seen with “NO LOITERING” signs posted around the building. So I guess you’re not suppose to use the bench they have on the patio in the shade while your kids are playing in the grass. Not sure why they have a bench if you’re not suppose to sit on it. I guess it’s not really a “community center” but a place to have events which you have to pay to use the space. One of the people who works at the center, an African American gentleman, will creepily watch you from the windows when you’re in the neighboring park. He must be bored. I went to a wedding hosted here and it felt like a prison wedding. The atmosphere isn't good unless you have low expectations. Very low expectations...

We go for the food bank. The people are always very friendly and welcoming. There is a playground nearby that our kids enjoy.
