I am trying to reach the office calling for three days, no one is answering the one, CUSTOMER SERVCIE IS AT THE BEST LEVEL. Trying to reach Arpineh my case manager by email and phone, she doesn't bother herself. Please be responsible, I need to find out and follow up with my case.

Not responsive to calls, voice mails and communications. In the google it says their office is open and I drove 20 miles to follow up for a very important documents and the door was closed. The customer service said maybe they work remotely, and I think they should update their google so people do nkt drive miles for nothing.
