I’m writing a review for the clinic. I’m not one to write bad reviews but really this clinic is one of the most disorganized clinics I’ve been to. First, it takes at least 30 min to even contact them to making an appointment. I’ve been seeing them 2x within the past year, and I’ve been billed incorrectly 3x. Yes three times. First appt was for a yearly physical and they had me pay $35 copay even though it’s under preventative care but they billed it as regular patient visit. Had to call billing to get it figured out. Second visit was with a nurse practitioner for a vaccine and yet again they had me pay $35 copay because they marked it as a doctor visit. Third time, they sent me a bill for the vaccine even though it’s supposed to be preventative and I never had to pay for vaccines at other clinics before. I had to call my insurance and have them figure it out. Truly a mess of a clinic even though everyone working there is nice.

Safe place, with inclusive staff and knowledgeable, friendly, educated faculty and l properly trained medical professionals that provide care that is unmatched. I truly feel blessed to be able to have medical care and services at this center. After moving many times, I've never felt more at home with my medical care. It is really incredible the level of knowledge and resources they have available. On top of that, the center Is well maintained and cared for. I moved to LA to have the care provided here. And it is continuously impressiveto me the level of care. Truly has been life changing for me.

I’m feeling incredibly frustrated and defeated with how my care has been handled. I was told I had an appointment with my psychiatrist, only to find out too late that it wasn’t happening, and now I’m being scheduled with a provider I actively chose to avoid because they weren’t a good fit for me. This lack of communication and disregard for my preferences is making an already difficult process much harder. I need to be scheduled with someone I’m comfortable with, as my mental health deserves to be taken seriously. I recently received bad test results, and no one informed me about them. I feel completely dismissed and unsupported in this process. It's frustrating and upsetting that something so important to my health wasn’t communicated to me. I need better communication and care, as this lack of follow-up is deeply unsettling. I came to the center for both my general and mental care. Now, I’m considering I may need to look somewhere else maybe.

As a gay black male calling to get tested I found speaking to Terra over the phone very rude and people like her should not represent the LGBT community. I ask a simple question Yes or No and stated she could not help an had no sympathy just arrogance . If funding is given for gift cards for testing at this facility I suspect fraud or a lack of empathy for reaching those in need .

Will hive me option to check in on phone firsf time here. Theres places I went to that give option either check in on the tablet or on your phone. So when I checked in on my phone was texting to sit down and wait for someone to call me 45 minutes gone by. I knew something was wrong so I called the number And was told everything’s fine I am checked in. So then another 30 minutes go by And call again and say like there’s something wrong and they said it’s because I didn’t check in with the iPad. So I said, why do you have an option to check in on your phone if you don’t do it? So just wasted time and money coming here just to not get anything done.
