I give this five star review reluctantly, as there are issues with the post. But I’ve been to several American Legions and this one is still the best.

Commander Dave is amazing, and honestly holds this place together, the bartenders are all excellent as well. Most people in the post are friendly and genuinely try to make you feel at home.
That said, there are cliques and you can feel like an outsider if you’re not a part of them. A lot of high school shit goes on here, and it’s annoying to say the least.
Overall, great post, but there are definitely people to stay away from here. You’ll find out who they are soon enough if you make this place your home.

THIS POST IS NON-SMOKING as of October 16, 2022

The post has always been amazing and the new non-smoking policy makes it even stronger and more enjoyable. Commander Dave is heavily involved and does an excellent job with the post.
The bartenders are awesome, friendly and make the post a great place to spend some time with other members.
Just a great place all around. HIGHLY recommend it.

Wonderful bartenders, Dave is a great commander of the post. The new non smoking policy has greatly improved the post. I imagine membership will only grow now that you can enjoy yourself and not leave smelling like an ashtray!!
