The team at Financial Planning Ministry helped explain and simplify the steps necessary to develop and execute our family trust back in 2022. Recently, we needed to remove our home from that trust for a refinance, and the team executed the Quitclaim Deed promptly. Caroline and Erin were especially helpful and understood our tight timelines, and returned the necessary documents (with clear instructions tailored to my state and county) so we could proceed. The fee structure is also unique, driven by a commitment to adhere to its mission as a faith-led ministry. We are most appreciative and happy with the results. I am very grateful for the work and the understanding extended to me by the staff at FPM. Requests from the title company for my new home were nearly unreasonable yet FPM made it happen.
