I was on the street and in need of some guidance And I really believed that my situation would be the death of me an altercation I was involved in landed me in the Scott and white needing stitches and I did not know what to do next my parents weren't bad people but I wasn't a good person so I didn't really fit in their life at all so when I was discharged being a grown man I decided to start over in a new city on that same day I met a man who called himself fluffy and he introduced me to pastor Chris who housed me and helped me keep myself fed as long as I went to church came in on time searched for a job and woke up on time these lessons would carry on to help me move on after I had to leave due to some mistakes in my behavior that I could've avoided had I taking the rules a bit more serious and my mistakes wouldn't end there but what I can say is if it weren't for pastor Chris his family and his teachings I wouldn't be able to say some months later im off drugs living in copperas cove Texas with all my affairs in order working a full time job at a pet store and back with my family who accepted me with open arms I believe in this place and I'm telling you these laid back lessons will hit you soul even if your mind misses them I'm writing this now because I don't think I would be alive without pastor Chris and all his help I thank you guys for everything and will do my best to lean on god because your efforts were not in vain
