Sending our son to Resolution Ranch was a tough decision, but it ended up being the best one we could have made. Struggling with behavioral issues, we felt lost. Resolution Ranch's compassionate staff provided exceptional, individualized care including excellent therapy.
The therapists are skilled, family therapy was invaluable, the teachers are invested and the supportive community fostered growth in our son. Our child returned home transformed, with improved self-awareness and coping skills. Even typing this out gives me great joy to see how much better he has been.
Needless to say we're deeply grateful and highly recommend Resolution Ranch Academy!!!

As a former student at Resolution Ranch Academy I honestly can't say enough good things about this place, I was sent here early December 2023 by my parents to be given a chance to turn my life around/to abandon the negative lifestyle that I was living. Before attending the ranch I was on a daily basis using drugs, skipping school, and disregarding authority all together. I won't lie and say this place was easy or that all my problems in life are gone because of my time at the ranch, but I will say if you are truly able to help your kid understand that change needs to happen and that the way he is living currently isn't working and that this place isn't a punishment, you can expect positive change. The staff there do truly care and want to see the best for you many of whom I still keep in contact with after graduating recently January of this year. The therapists there are also really empathetic most especially the one who I was assigned with, Mr. Clayton. He would consistently go out of his way to check in with his other students not because he was required to but because he cared, I can remember the countless times where it would be hours past his shift and he would still be there talking and processing with me to help me deal with my emotions and problems that I was struggling with. Thanks to the ranch I was able to excel at school and was able to turn my thoughts of wanting to dropout into now pursuing my education even further. The teachers there are super supportive and are willing to help you any chance they can and because of this I was able to go into the ranch mid way through my sophomore year of high school and come out a year later a high school graduate. As I mentioned before, yes this place can be difficult however anything worth doing WILL take time and on top of that your effort into whatever it is you are working on. If you choose to go in with a bad mindset chances are not much will change, but if you truly dedicate yourself to change I can promise you that you will be rewarded for your hard work. Lastly, I'd like to thank the ranch once again for all that they have done and the opportunities that they provided for me to be able to succeed in life in a way that I was unsure on how to do before.

Sending our son to Resolution Ranch was really hard, but it was absolutely the right decision.  We were struggling, and he was struggling.
He finally found the support and understanding he needed.  The therapists and staff truly cared about him as an individual.
We saw him grow in confidence and self-awareness during his time there.  It wasn't easy, but Resolution Ranch gave him and our family a second chance.

Our experience with Resolution Ranch was good. Anytime you have to research a place like this for you teenage--it's not a fun time of your life. You are looking for the best situation that he can possibly learn from. The staff there are very patient with the boys. They are stern and when they don't follow the rules, there are consequences--which is life. Better to learn consequences there than on the street. After talking to Scott, he will tell you if your son is a fit for their program. When we would visit with our grandson, the staff was always very courteous, and you could tell they were genuine concern for each of the boys.

I spent roughly 8 months back in 2012. Looking back this place was great. I was able to finish high school because I went here. This place isn’t supposed to be a vacation, it is supposed to instill discipline and work ethic in to children who couldn’t get it at home. The whole time I was there every single staff member who I met genuinely cared about the kids there and wanted to see them successful. While this place can help your child with a lot of things nothing will be a perfect solution when you’re talking about substance abuse. People will not change until they want to change, but a place like this will allow them to learn some tools that will help them when they do decide to make that decision or even keep them alive long enough to make that decision.

PLEASE READ THIS TO THE END. PLEASE.
I pray anyone who think about sending their child here sees this and considers what I have to say, I am advocating for the protection of your children. As someone who was here for 7 months as a kid, I implore you to find a different place. I have never in my life been treated so horribly and unfairly than at this place. They straight up told me that telling or reporting anything negative that occurred here to my parents was "manipulation" and that they'd put me on "work detail" for several DAYS if I reported any mistreatment. Think critically. Why would there be so many reports from past children who went here reporting extreme abuse and neglect they suffered here, many of the reports saying the same thing. Think about it, every time a 1 star review happens, multiple 5 star reviews happen. It could be a cover up, with fake accounts.

This experience was a roller coaster. No kid is ever going to enjoy this place because the people and the program here challenges you to be a better person and to look past all your faults. It was not fun I can tell you that, but I know I would be in a much worse place if it wasn't for the Ranch. I'm not going to sit here and say it was perfect because it wasn't, the idea that the owners and the staff had was though. You go there because your parents have no other choice and that is because you as the kid makes them feel that way. The Ranch made me appreciate the good days and made me fix the bad ones. Taught me problem solving, staying positive, work ethic, and lots of respect. I made friends all ages and even got to see a side of people I never knew. It made me think about life in a whole different way. The Ranch made me stronger in so many ways and I hope it can help anyone needing it.

They ruined my chance of graduating and helped with nothing don’t trust this place it haunts me for ever I’m 21 years old now and I left when I was 18 went in when I was 17 they were trying to make me age out which is pathetic how about caring about teens lives and not about that little part in their life Js 10/10 would never recommend to anyone unless u want a traumatized child I can’t say something I’ve seen in there due to googles policy but I hope some parents take this into consideration it will save u a lot of money and a lot of stress as a parent
