These are the most humble and passionate people and they don't judge you or treat you like a number, like most of the food banks in Phoenix do. I'm glad to be here and around people that truly care and want to help.
I just would like to add , as I was reading some of these reviews, I mean seriously, these people are out there when it's 110 degrees out and when it's raining, regardless every weekday " FOR ALL OF US FOLKS!! I mean the food is FREE! the help is FREE! and the food is donated and yes maybe expired but edible. I mean gosh, you should try doing what these people do EVERYDAY, FOR FREE Before you go putting blame where it doesn't belong.

worse than anywhere I've gone they made me feel awful for being hungry and could only come today because I don't have a car except early on wed. and its 430 pm so was going to to go hungry me and my family over the weekend but they made sure to say I am one day early its going on my chart or record like they have the greatest food only use part of its all expired or stuff no one eats anyways I wont be back watch out for the one lady old with curly hair she looked like she didn't want to part with the food I was putting people out and I will never be able to go when I need to go again she was fierce looking and rude eating food shouldn't be like this but it is hard to go to a food bank feeling bad hungry overwhelmed they should at least try to understand even if there larder is full ours isn't not like it was 13 days early it was just one shouldn't be that way it's what's wrong with America telling us we when we can eat and how much almost want ed to hand it back and not get it unfortunetly we need it badly.

I took a person here to help them out because they were struggling. You just need your ID. They gave the sister a variety of different food for her household. Helpful staff. Some people work so the timings are a little bit off, but at least in on Tuesday they have 3 to 6:00 p.m.. God bless.

Im disappointed. I came for my first time today as I lost my job. Half the food was old and moldy. The bread was stale. It really sucks. Thankfully some of the other food was edible..
