Professors have been great so far, but administrative choices have made it hard for me to be successful as an adult learner going back to school. Many courses are currently (Fall 2024) only being offered in 8 week sections but containing all the same required material as when it was 16 weeks. The pace is grueling. Not sure I’ll continue pursing my RN here.

I passed the cdl course last week and just received my cdl today. I want to thank Mr. Sammy and Mr. Chayce who are the instructors. They take pride in teaching and their students achieving. Today, when I received my cdl, Mr. Sammy was just as happy as I was. If that doesn't prove their dedication and devotion I don't know what would. If you're wanting to get your cdl, I recommend taking this course.

It's a lovely little college, and it's only getting better. The new president is doing a really great job of trying to get students more involved in the community and on-campus events. Definitely a great place to start your college education.

Looking forward to transferring in a few months so I don't have to deal with the archaic practices at AC. I had the absolute worst time trying to register for summer 2019. I called the Office of Student Success trying to reach my "coach" (J.M.) 5 times and sent him 3 emails over a 3 day period with zero response from him. I finally had better luck contacting a faculty advisor. I've liked all the professors I've had thus far but that isn't enough to keep me here. I've taken all I can do online here so I am transferring to a school where I can finish my degree online (TJC). The only thing that has kept me here this long is the tuition is cheap.

AC is a small community college but you can complete all of your core classes here. Tuition is about the same as other community colleges in Texas. Everyone I have dealt with here has been friendly, courteous, and eager to help. Also, they have dorms on site to house out of town students and a theater that almost always has some type of performance going on.

The undertaker from wwe went here and that's why I'm giving it five stars, anybody who is from AC and works there. You should do something about this such as giving more publicity that undertaker was one of your students. I don't know but it could draw in more people to the college.

Don’t attend school here but was invited for lunch and they have the best food in town! Will definitely return
