The ladies that work there are kinda rude and prices where kinda high for a second hand store. I know it goes to a good cause but just wish the women that work there where nicer and more welcoming. Don't think I will return unless I can't find anything else at other second hand locations. 2 stars is the highest I will go!

Though larger than most thrift stores here in Lubbock, this place is way over priced (think just below retail) on almost all their items. I know they are trying to make a profit for the abused, but come on. There are a few items thrift priced, but I feel they googled,eBay, and Amazon priced the merchandise years ago and never rechecked the prices. Look up anything in this place and you will find it's almost retail prices and can be found cheaper online. This isn't what I would call a thrift store - just a place you can get used items for the price of new ones. The staff are nice and friendly, but I couldn't get over the prices. Also.. NO public bathrooms.

Called to donate furniture, was told the charity could come to pick it up and would call me to set up a time. Someone from the charity came out to look at the donations, was told everything was fine and that donations would be picked up, and they would call to set up a time. I never received the call to set up an appointment; called for nearly a week trying to set up a time, was told someone would call me back; didn't receive call back. After calling and calling was told that they didn't have anyone to pick up donations at this time. I should have been told that they wouldn't have anyone available to pick things up, then I could have made arrangements with another charity. If I hadn't kept calling, I would have been stood up on moving day. Very disorganized, call salvation army to come get your donations. This was a waste of time and effort.
