Totally failed my child. The investigator Alex did not follow through her job correctly. Told me closing case right away then opened it months later and asked my child three questions at school and left. Couldn’t get a hold of the aggressor so they dropped the case. Alex does not need to be an investigator for children. I’ve heard she’s been moved from different positions definitely needs to move again. Children need a safe place to talk and it’s not with her.
