Although I love my small one-bedroom apartment here, the walls are very thin, which creates problems. It is in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic tucked away here behind a church and next to a park, which I quite like. However, a water pipe broke above the hallway in late June this past summer, and still has not been repaired. Also, a new tenant in July had a hole punched in the roof and her ceiling by a ferocious wind storm, which has yet to be repaired. Slum landlord? What do you think?
