They wrongly shut off our water,I talked to the lady in the office and was told that our water should be on. They never called me back with any kind of info. The only thing I was told was apparently there's more than one house running off of a meter n that I best hope that whoever goes n pays their bill early!! What kind of crap is that Not to mention after noon you can't get a hold of anyone, so basically screwed!! What's the point in paying your bill if water is going to be shut off anyways? Crap

Turned my water off along with my neighbors & close at noon every day. Noone answers phone. The emergency # on recording gets no one & none of have a clue how long its going to be off. This is NOT how u run a business!
