Smart mouth employees. Not of God treating and talking down to people that need assistance. The same assistance they’re advertising to be giving to those in need. I’d rather go without than to be belittled for being down on my luck.

I was sent a denial letter That said I was receiving service from another help source I explained to them It was only for Nov and Dec help The pledge that was made for Dec payments hit my account in Jan So that leaves jan and Feb it was like a Slap in the face Why would some one send me a denial letter and call me and ask me was I in need of item I had already spoke to them about and told them that was already taken care of I just dont understand But I wasn't going to get out of character When she stated let me tell you something I hung up We are in the middle of a pandemic people are hurting physically mentally. Spiritually If I am denied service I am not qualified to receive any services
I just dont understand ,, Spiritually But one thing I do know There is a living God I pray for us all We are are each other's keepers We are help meets to one another meeting the needs of each other in this world know matter what happened in this situation if I can be of service to you all in some way after this pandemic within my means you have my information just let me know God bless love you in the name of Christ
