U can never seem to make a appointment online always says no available dates or times. It's so hard for people who need food to get 😩

I volunteer here. 30+yrs. We give food to Arlington residents (low income requirements) Some utility help MAY be available. Great group of staff and dedicated volunteers. ESL, citizenship, SNAP and other classes taught. Open 9 to 1, Monday thru Thursday.

Went about a week ago they gave a bunch a food to me but it was all really bad food I understand that the food is there to help us but why would you give me nothing but bad food that expired that’s way past the dates that can’t be eaten I threw all the food out because it started to mildew and smell couldn’t eat any of it I don’t think I will be back I will either starve or go somewhere else basically the food that was given to me or anyone else is like throwing the old food to dogs or animals I wouldn’t recommend going to them if you need help with food

I'm a resident of Arlington have my 3 kids I went for the food and they only say if people have an appointment like if people have money for paying internet to fill the application if people need food and don't have an appointment they won't give u food this make me so sad that this charities make money and profits of making seem them that they help poorly people but they actually not because when a family needed the most they say you have to make an appointment ridiculous

Their staff of volunteers are really polite and respectful and loving. Very fast service. Very patient with you. No public restroom. They have a cool concept were you get to do the shopping. Meat, Veggies and more.
