After getting minimal response from the National Marketplace customer support, I looked up Local Support Marketplace Navigators and found Civic Heart. I received a response within a day from Susan C regarding my email asking for assistance. She listened to my issues and a telephone appt was set up. When that call occurred, Susan called promptly and provided credentials and began working on my issues. She was able to confidently set up my husband’s separate Marketplace health insurance which went through without any problems. She was very easy to understand and I was very assured and grateful for her professional, experienced, and friendly assistance. I highly recommend their services.

Carlos was very helpful in every aspect of this process. I'm a newly single mom with 2 younger children leaving an abusive marriage and I was having a very hard time renewing my benefits and trying to get the help I need. Carlos got all the information I needed and helped me get all the benefits I could possibly get, including making sure my kids would not get kicked off Medicaid. He was efficient and kept contact through texts and calls to let me know what the progress was and if he did or didn't receive emails. That was a long process because sometimes they'd send and sometimes they wouldn't. When things finally went through, he called me and did the entire application for me over the phone. Informing me of ways I could also become more independent and successful. He was very kind and uplifting. Thank you for everything. You really made me feel seen and helped when I had felt overlooked when I needed help the most.
