After being on a wait list for yrs and told as soon as we finished paying our property we would be next in line. Went into the office and was told to fill out an application again and would have to wait again. According to the woman in charge she said she and the board made changes now within the last 4 yrs if you dont renew you get back in line all over again. How are we suppose to know we have to renew every yr if we never had to. We never had to check in on our application. They would call us. How were we suppose to know new management came in and made changes and we have to follow. Frankly i guess they think we all have psychic abilities. The woman at the desk also said they have thousands of applicants. So basically they made changes and didn't send any kind of notice to all of us that were waiting and all the new applicants get to go first now. The woman in charge also needs to be fired because she has no communication skills or professionalism she also talked over me and was yelling. She also said your not going to win with me as if it was a competition. Are you running a business or there to play childish games. I left bc they dont want to help and dont know how to treat ppl. They the woman in charge the woman at the desk and a 3rd came from the back office were laughing at the situation which is rude. I suggest they get a whole new staff that actually know what they're doing and want to work not just there to mess around

I would rate this NO STARS ! This place does not help you at all. My grandmother been paying, and been through so many damages with the home. Every time she called about it, they told her she doesn’t have insurance ? Which is lies, her house almost got burned down with electricity problems last year and she didn’t get covered. This time her roof fell during the hurricane, and they told her, her insurance stopped APRIL. What a coincidence, then what about the previous issues? They’re not professional, and they make weak structured homes and take advantage of low income families. Look into ORHER programs/organizations that help instead. AVOID this one!
