If you call ahead of time, such as in January, these wonderful, knowledgeable agents will prepare your IRS income filing at no cost.
I love them, and I have always my assigned donations to this best human aid organization in our country who help so much our communities by all means.

It is a good charity. I am not sure what percentage of the donations go to causes and what go to the leadership.
When donating its a good idea to ask how the money will be used. In this case I don't know. The website for them sholud itemize dollars spent and how much the board is paid. What qualifications the board has and how accountability is set for board members.
Also any conflict of intrest that may happen.
