Dr had great bed side manners. Made me feel comfortable and not judged. Was very easy to talk to and I felt like he really paid attention room and asked the right questions to make sure I recieved the medication that would work best for me. I called specifically asking for a psychologist to perform neuro divergence testing. The front office girl signed me up and assigned me someone whom she said that can do the testing. I believed her. Even calling back a second time I was re assured the psychiatrist that I was going to see would help me. Come day of appointment spent an hour being asked questions only to find out the provider can’t do neuro divergence testing and I need to refer to a psychologist. Very disappointing

It's difficult to get an actual person on the phone and management is not reachable directly. All phone numbers go to the same automated system. Unprofessional behavior from staff. Providers may or may not show up for virtual appointments with no notification to the patient and a "sorry about the confusion". Be prepared to be passed around to different providers for appointments.

They are trying to change a medication that iv been on for almost 5 years. This was only my second visit. Thie medication makes a significant difference in my health and help. Was not hapot about this. Noe I will be looking somewhere else
