Cancelled TOC for a little bit of rain(zero lightning). Did not try to make things happen for thousands of children who traveled hours and spent thousands of dollars to get here. Very poor communication and pathetic leadership all around.

They will charge you for uniform package and refuse to deliver it. Was scheduled for a clinic was called into to work, my wife and son were also in clinic and attended and they refused to let my wife pick up uniform. I rescheduled for another clinic and they refuse to deliver the uniform package. Not the message they should be sending to youth or anyone for that matter, very unethical.

They don’t do any sort of investigations for lying, cheating coaches. Ennis coach CHANGED their final scores AFTER the final game was played! (we have screen shots of the scores that were posted PREVIOUS to the changed scores) and they won’t investigate because the coach that cheated, denied he did anything wrong. Unbelievable. So the little girls that believed they got first place, had to be told they’re in 2nd because a grown man LIED and CHEATED to make his own team first place. Where is the justice?

I called the offices because I have paperwork that needs to be signed by a representative of NTSSA. The woman who answered the phone could not have been more rude or less helpful. I did finally find out how to get my paperwork signed but only because I kept asking and insisting I needed the information. Hopefully I never have to deal with them again.

It is ridiculous that you need a birth certificate to register your child but can’t use a birth of record as proof when the federal government can accept that same exact paperwork to put your child as a dependent and add on health insurance (tricare) and is sufficient enough with the tsa to get the child on board an airplane. If I could not leave a rating I would LOVE to. Get it together
