2nd time I have shown up around 30 minutes before their "close" time that's listed on Google & the staff is inside, but not coming out & doors are closed. 1-27-25 it was 6:35 when I pulled up (7pm is closing time listed on Google, no mention of when they take last donation) & the interior lights turned off as drove up to the doors. Are the helpers volunteers, working off a traffic violation, or just lazy employees? Just FYI, if you have bagged clothing/shoes it can be stuffed into a large outdoor bin, but, if it's anything else, there is a note to come back the next day.
I used to love how convenient this place was, but this is getting frustrating.

Arrived to drop off at 6:49. They close at 7. I could see the men inside blatantly ignoring us and kept moving to the side of the main door so we couldn’t see them. All we had to donate was one high chair. Was it that hard to just grab one high chair when you had ten minutes left on the clock? Just lazy.

Worst donation spot. Employees not interested in taking donations and hiding inside during operating hours. Had to beep horn and knock on door to get them to come out and then they argued with me about accepting a donation. Very disappointing.

Staff is not careful with the stuff being donated. I’m sure a lot of stuff is broken and thrown in the trash. They threw boxes with glassware after being told to be careful, and wall art with wood frames and glass panels. The stuff I donated was not junk

My wife went to donate an a guys were heckling her a one of the guys got in his car followed my wife to the gym an approach her … detectives are involved now an this place will be closed down… allll women that go to this location watch out for the black guy he will follow you!!! Very scary an law enforcement is handling it as we speak

I went to donate a lot of stuff today and the people is really I don’t if they are tired of work or something else, but they not nice it all, literally I was helping them but this people should appreciate more when other person is trying to help and donate , so sad experience for me

Terrible! They just throw your stuff, even breakables. Going back to Frisco Resale. I know they care for good merchandise and stays in our community. don’t go to this place. They just pressure seal it and ship it somewhere else.
