Amazing gym and coaches! Everyone is so supportive of each other from the coaches to the gym-goers. It's great to be among other people improving their strength, endurance, and health. I've been a gym member for 3+ years and was a "newbie" never having lifted weights before. The gym is very clean and you get your own "halo" / space with all the equipment you need. At 38 years old and feeling my strongest and healthiest version of myself and it's been great for both my physical and mental health. I was able to naturally remove myself from prescribed cholesterol medication under the supervision of my primary care physician

I've been a member for almost 2 years now. I have nothing but good things to say about this gym and it's crew. The halo concept is very unique compared to most gyms, and when you combine it with a CrossFit style workout, it just makes sense. The Industrious Frisco crew has spent a lot of time, effort, and energy to build a truly top rate CrossFit gym.

But the equipment and facilities are only part of the story. Cory (the owner), Diego, and Collin, all trainers at the gym, are some of the most down to earth trainers I've ever met. They're not pushy Type A overzealous trainers like I experience elsewhere. They have a passion for their craft and the knowledge to back it up. I injured my back about 6 months ago, and their routine has been to work closely with me at each workout to find alternative options that won't stress my back and keep me moving and gaining on my physical strength. The classes are just the right size where you will get the attention you need to ensure you have proper form and aren't going to injure yourself. I really appreciate this close level of attention from them, and the technical precision they provide so I ensure I'm doing my exercises properly. This is worth every dollar of this membership.

Industrious Frisco is the "Cheers" of gyms in Frisco. The staff greets me by name every time and the members are all friendly and supportive. Classes push me hard but feel doable. The space stays clean and organized which is great for my OCD. Equipment works well and suits all levels. My strength and energy levels are improving consistently. Industrious is unlike any gym I’ve been to, in the North Dallas area. The structure, the coaching, and the atmosphere make it easy to stay consistent and see positive changes and progress. For me, The HALO system is a game-changer—having your own dedicated space with all the equipment you need eliminates wasted time and keeps workouts efficient … taking away the waiting on someone else to finish a set. . The programming strikes the right balance between strength, conditioning, and skill work . The coaches are engaged, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping members achieve their goals . Industrious Frisco has been life-changing. I went from being skinny-*at to losing my gut and gaining actual muscle, strength, and the self-confidence in seeing this change in my mind and body.

The HALO system is something else. It gives you your own space so you can get the most out of every workout without distractions.

And the coaches? They're phenomenal, making sure you're pushing yourself while maintaining proper form.
