I love the store because I usually find some good stuff, but, lately when I've went there the blonde cashier (w/very red cheeks) has a somewhat nasty attitude... I've been at her register to pay twice & both times she's VERY unfriendly. I was taught to say thank you and she never replies & she'll also roll her eyes if you ask her anything! She's not a very nice individual to be working at the register. I understand having a bad day or whatever but being that it's been both times when I've been at her register to pay - she needs to lose her attitude, not a nice way to behave towards customers.

Just left there.. 1st time there ..most likely last.. one it's more higher than other good wills.. skinny boy putting up merchandise , was nice and polite. But checkers in front rude as hell.. I pointed out she missed item . She looked at other checker and said
Rudely. THIS IS WHY I WORK IN BACK.. Well with that attitude that is where she needs be.. not people person.. but she made mark to other girl they didn't want her talking back there..so that's why she not there.. but seems to me she needs be fired.how many customer I wonder don't come back.. all my items were placed on counter. She got pissy when I told her she missed items... well when I got truck count my items and she missed 3. I would have walked back in to let them know but I wasn't letting her be rude to me again.. because 2nd time I would not been nice nor kept my mouth shut like I did 1st time.. management needs cameras on front so they can see how they treat customers.. been at my business.. she would be out door

Good selection of items to purchase but high prices compared to other thrift stores. I can purchase a brand new shirt on sale at Walmart for the same cost used one here. Yes same price. I thought these places had bargains. What happened?

Highly disappointed in this location. Drove about 30 mins away from my normal one and everything was Very over priced, most items were close to retail value

Very well organized store. Clean. Associates and management are friendly and prompt. Also very well stocked with quality items.

No deals to be made; the best stuff is overpriced and gauged to be an ornament in the store for months on end rather than sell an item for a reasonable price to customers. Management was good, now it stinks. Thanks Goodwill of Houston for being an awful place to shop.

My FAVORITE GOODWILL!! San Juanita Garza is the most helpful manager ever, the store associates always greet me and welcome me in the store. Super clean and very efficient.

The days of walking out with bags full of clothes are gone, as with all Goodwill locations. Less merchandise, poor quality items, abhorrent prices. Unless you want to buy a pit-stained tank top for $9.99 don’t waste your time.
