My 92 year old Dad is in rehab. He has the best care, cleanest and most polite staff I've ever came across. Everyone is very helpful and the other residents seem very happy, too. The place is immaculate. What blessing to have my Dad, a Korean veteran, have such great care being given him. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

I recently moved my Mom into their Assisted Living. Challenges from Hurricane Beryl impacted the whole process, but the entire staff of The Crossings went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were addressed during the transition. They are a true team of caring people who exemplify "community" and it is palapable.

I am very grateful for the friend that shared with me her recommendation of The Crossing as the best Rehabilitation facility she had ever experienced. Thank the Lord I took her words to heart and tried it for myself following my first complete knee surgery this past August. I have stayed at three other local facilities and without a doubt find The Crossing to be number one. The private room I had was quite large, attractive, and had its own bathroom and thermostat to control the temperature to my liking. The aides that assisted in the room were absolute angels--so professional and ready to help always with a smile. The nurses were great and did a great job helping to make the stay go smoothly. The food was fantastic--the menu loaded with choices that made meal time something to really look forward to. And the angel who was in charge of securing my wheelchair was able to find the exact one I needed when other facilities were unable to come through for me. She was immensely helpful in several other areas where her expertise really paid off. And my physical therapist and occupational therapist were the best and helped me so much in regaining strength to resume the quest to walk again and take care of myself. God bless you all. Even the lady who headed up the Laundry Room went above and beyond. You are all forever in my heart. And I am actually looking forward to coming back for my second knee replacement surgery. I am an appreciative friend forever.

I can not say enough praise for this wonderful facility. From the staff, nursing, rehab, housekeeping, and the best ever social worker, Allie. Mom was treated with kindness, caring, extremely competent nursing and PT staff. Never a complaint or worry while she was here. I would rate 10:stars. Excellent

My 94 year old mother had double brain surgery to relieve pressure on her brain. After about a week she was sent to The Crossings Skilled Nursing wing. They were FABULOUS! She loved all of the nurses and especially the rehab personnel. They worked with her everyday, encouraging her and helping her regain her strength and abilities. She also really enjoyed the food and even had her hair cut and styled! After about three weeks she was released back to her assisted living apartment to continue on with her life. Thank you Crossings!

The Crossings Retirement community is fantastic. My mom decided to move to the Crossings independent living after attending a presentation prior to their opening. She liked the idea of having additional levels of care in one community. The facility, staff, and activities were a God send during the Covid scare because there were still activities and a community that kept my mom from feeling alone, isolated, and bored. She has lived there since it opened and has been able to continue and even increase her active life style by making the activities so accessible. She is able to participate in a wide variety of activities without having to drive all over the place, but, if she wants to, she can still continue with all of the activities she did before moving there. The Activities Director sends the family a daily update on the activities/events happening at the Crossings. Since moving to the Crossings, my mom has a more active social life than I do; ice cream socials, water aerobics, wine socials, community service projects, putting contests, book club,... The staff are great. They listen to the residents and try to provide activities and interests that the residents want. There have been several times residents has asked to be able to add something or have something provided that the Crossings has accommodated when possible for example adding a green house and raised garden beds for those with green thumbs. They are also quite welcoming to the family and friends who come for visits.

My mom has been with The Crossings since early 2018, and we couldn’t be happier. One of our main objectives in looking for a new home was that it would be her forever home. As her health has hit hills and valleys, she has been able to move from independent living to skilled rehab and back. The different levels of care ensure that she will be long-term resident. The entire staff is very conscientious, caring and deeply committed to the well-being of its residences.
