The staff were advised to call me when they show up, that did not happen, i called almost e everyday with a complaint and nothing got corrected. The nurses did not not take appropriate notes and the coordinator had to come out and she was shocked at what she seen. They sent a bath aid to check on my dads fentanyl patch and she didnt know where it was placed so it was reported the patch was gone and it was in the same spot where the nurse put it. So many things that they did that were not acceptable. I would never send anyone their way. They failed my dad. They need to be trained better. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

Worst company ever! The administrator is very very disrespectful and DOESNT act professional. And the way they treat their staff is unfairly! I also had my aunt there and could not last more than 3 months with them. Would not recommend this company to anybody. P.S. it’s so unsanitary inside…
