I have been very impressed with this rehabilitation Center. Nashlee is so nice and caring. And takes the time to visit with me. Kristen is really remarkable with the residents. She is always coming up with an activity that is fun. Easy. And that they can use and keep! I am with Faithbridge Caregivers and Transportation Services. I love to volunteer here! The young lady at the front desk, is super kind and is always willing to help! I am so sorry, I can not remember her name! As soon as I get her name I will include her in a review. Thank you everyone at Ignite! You're amazing!

My stay last year and I am late posting this. I would like to say my moments spent in the exercise faculty were great and the help exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed working with Cassy Gonzales. She made it fun to work out. She said it would be nice if the company would give a trip to Aruba for excellent performance. She deserves a chance at it. I wish you all the best in your endeavors. I enjoyed my time there.

Ignite is a beautiful facility. I could not understand why it said resort in the title until I walked in the amenities really do qualify it as a resort. All the staff have been professional and helpful to the entire family who visit often. Leslie is taking care of my mother in law on most days. She is the kindest soul and makes mom feel safe while away from home. The physical therapy has helped her to regain strength in her arms and leg. She’s walking again and should be home soon. We’re so thankful to have found ignite to help with her recovery. 10 out of 10 for quality service and professionalism.

Only one. Incident and it was taken care of in a timely manor it’s a clean place most all of the staff have been so nice and accommodating. My father is very quiet and don’t ask for much but they still check on him often. It’s hard leaving him there everyday but it’s a great place and I the physical therapy has helped him Regain a lot of his strength. He has more to go but Kim and the director of nursing were very nice and helped us out with us feeling comfortable that my father would be treated nice.. and let’s not forget the chef and his staff!! It may not always be what he likes on the menu but they have ALWAYAS accommodates his needs and wants! Especially since he has dialysis 3 times a week. I applaud the chef and his team such great people! ignite Webster Tx.

My mom is currently in the facility. The staff has been amazing, very friendly and caring. I like that they offer different daily activities for the patients. The salon is a bonus, it made my mom feel so good to have her hair cut and colored. Also my mom really enjoys the different fruit waters they offer. The Starbucks is very convenient as well. My only minor complaint is the parking as it can be a hassle, but I do see they are currently working on that now. I am truly happy with Ignite and care they provide.

I want to say thank you to Anne and her staff for a wonderful stay at Ignite. Thanks to Kimberly and Kirsten for fun and games I had the best nurses and CNA‘s anyone could ever have Sandy and Jackie, Rose and Nelly, Darlene and Mitzi,Sarah and Carmen. Thanks Donette For always filling in when someone was busy or off. To Brandy the super CMT array of sunshine every day. Alike was my star at night. Thanks to Juan and Barbara the best chef and dining room staff ever. Edward and Jacob were pretty darn good also. The best therapist I’ve ever encountered in my multiple trips through therapy Christie and Lorena Ann, you run a fantastic facility thanks for everything

I would like to say I really appreciate with all the facility has done at this point. The breakfast is amazing. The fried eggs are great. The physical therapist have gone above and beyond in their ability to help me become stronger. I appreciate all that have worked with me. The facility does need to work better on providing our laundry. I have laundry that has not been returned as of yet. I would love to be able to get a hold of someone to rectify the situation . All in all this is one of the best facilities that I have been to. I believe they will help me reach my goal in regaining my strength to be able to go home.

I would like to acknowledge my nurse David. He has been nothing but professional and courteous. Goes above and beyond his job title to help me. He’s one of the best employees I have seen that always has a smile on his face. He’s willing to help whenever you need it. Wish you had more people like him that would spend more time working, than other people who put more time into acting like they are.

I would also like to acknowledge Grace. She has always been the one to give a shower. She’s always allowed me to keep my composure and humility about my self. She goes out her way to make sure I’m clean which allows me to feel more human. She deserves recognition. It’s not an easy job but she does an amazing job . She’s not just here to just do her job and leave the room. She has made me feel AGAIN more human.

I was a guest at Ignite visiting a dear friend. I found the facility to be clean and relaxing. My friend seems to be making progress. I was impressed that workers were polite and gracious to her to delay their visit a few minutes so that we could finish what we were discussing. I have not seen this kind of grace in other hospitals.
There seems to be a “homey” atmosphere and I think this kind of consideration might reduce stress and make the environment more conducive to healing.
