I wish I could rate 3LP a million stars! They are truly a fantastic organization and not just because they brought the sweetest dog in the world, Toby, into my life. I adopted Toby in June 2024.

3LP is so well-organized, communicative, transparent, and thoughtful with the adoption process. To start, their website has long descriptions for each pet because the animals have been living with foster families who have gotten to know them well. Once you submit an application, a coordinator reaches out to you to do an interview and Toby’s coordinator Emily was a gem. She kept me updated so I knew where things were in the adoption process and she was there to answer any questions. I was able to facetime with Toby and his wonderful foster mom Krystal before adopting him. This was helpful to decide if he would be a good fit for my home and learn about his daily routines/likes/dislike to make sure the transition was as smooth as possible.

When it was time for Toby to make the journey from Houston to Seattle, I was blown away by how organized and caring the transport process was. There was a facebook event and a google doc with live updates and pictures throughout the journey. They even live-streamed some of the stops! I get emotional thinking of all of the posts with the pets meeting their new families for the first time and all of the love that the 3LP team put into the transport to make sure that all of the animals were comfortable and safe.

I could write many more paragraphs about how amazing 3LP is. I highly recommend checking them out if you are thinking of adopting a dog or cat!

Everyone associated with Three Little Pitties rescue—adoption coordinator, foster mom, driver and care transport team—has been wonderful! Our sweet girl, Trixie, was saved from a kill shelter and given veterinary care, affection, and safety by this dedicated team of animal lovers. The staff posted a very detailed and insightful adoption notice, took care when selecting an adopter (required 3 references plus interviews), provided a loving foster mom, and our girl arrived to us in great shape eager to join her adoring new family. We cannot thank you all enough for your devotion to saving animals and the grace you demonstrate in this difficult, rewarding labor of love.

We could not have asked for a better experience. One can tell that everyone associated with this organization had a heart for animals that have been neglected for a multitude of reasons. Their adoption and screening process indicates that they truly want what is best for both the animal and the adoptive family. Our Luna came to us with very good manners and I know that this was only achieved through hours of hard work by the staff and volunteers. We have been blessed by our experience with 3 Little Pitties Rescue and by the new addition to our family.

We got our Louie Love Bug from this rescue a few weeks ago. They transported a whole lot of pups from Texas to VT and all kinds of places in between. They send you a link so you can watch all the fur babies get on the bus and then they post updates the entire way. This was a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. We love our little guy so much. Hats off to everyone who works, fosters, and volunteers at this org. Not everyone can do this kind of work. It takes very special, kind, compassionate, caring people and these folks set the bar very high. I extend many, many thanks to you all!

I will always recommend Three Little Pitties for those looking to adopt. I would've never met my first dog Bandit (Ebbe Beanie Baby) if it wasn't for them. I only had her for a little over a year before she passed away but I wouldn't change what we had for anything. She was the best first dog I could've ever asked for. Then I rescued Asher (Oscar Daniel), but I'm pretty sure it was the other way around and I'm convinced Bandit sent him to me. The interview process is informative and thorough. Overall, amazing coordinators and wonderful life-changing experience!

Where do I start? Our experience with 3LP was fantastic from the beginning. The communication was great, they were responsive and thorough in their vetting process of us as potential adopters. I was concerned of how our dog would respond to another dog after losing his sissy and now being an only dog. They were more than accommodating and allowed us to bring him for several meets with a few dogs in hopes there was a love connection. We fell for sweet June, but I wasn’t totally convinced our dog was feeling the same way. So we continued with 3 more meets off site, for a more relaxed environment and it was just what we needed. I was super thankful they allowed us to take our time because it is so important to be sure it’s a good fit. The foster that had June was an angel as well and went above and beyond for us. June was the perfect addition to our family and I am so glad I discovered 3LP. I will continue to support and spread the word about them. We absolutely will be back for another special fur baby one day.

I could not recommend Three Little Pitties more to anyone who is looking to adopt! Living in the PNW, I was nervous about how the transport would go for my kitten with them being located in Texas, but their communication/organization is just amazing and provided such a memorable experience for us during the adoption process. They are so passionate about what they do and it’s amazing to see. The coordinators are amazing and work extra hard to ensure that perfect matches are made. We are so grateful to this organization for our amazing Gilbert Green Gables!!
