My wife and I have been so blessed to be able to stay here while she is receiving treatment. Dottie, Lisa and her staff are so kind and understanding. Reggie and Brenda make us feel welcome and part of their family. Without the Ballard House, I'm not sure how we would of made it thru!

They are friendly and make sure the building is kept clean. Food is provided daily and they have 2 large kitchens. Being in the Houston area there is large amounts of traffic. It's also very difficult to get into because of people needing a place to stay. We do appreciate their generosity.

Love this homey and very welcoming place. Community business always provide great meals for the families, we even got to use the kitchen and pantry and everything to even provide for everyone or personal needs. Meet so many people here from different areas that are still friends today. This was most assuredly a place of peace and rest and care for those in need of help during their battle with cancer. It is a place to even worship and pray and feel at home. And everyone staying there had a task of helping and maintaining the place. For all they offer, it was with great gratitude to be able to just do and give back whatever they needed. The Staff is very very nice, and helpful, friendly and loving. May God continue to Bless those and the Ballard house for their giving. I was there as a caregiver for my sister in law and I would go back just to help if I lived near by. Thank you all for leading with your hearts.

I stayed here little over 5 years ago and I really enjoyed it. People there were super friendly. Had your own room like an hotel. Laundry room to do laundry. They furnished dinner for the patients that stayed there and their family, even if the patient was in the hospital the family was fed. It was just a beautiful place. Anyone looking for a place to stay, this is the one.
