Nice community friendly park complete with a swimming pool & clean lake with a sprinkler

Great community. Nice pool, splash pad, playground, walking area and lake. My only concerns are that the lake often has trash in it and the whole community center doesn't have enough trash bins, those that do exist are very often full. Would love to see a tennis court or other adult activities at some point.

I am a Real Estate Agent, I like how not only the subdivision has appeal with beautiful houses, beautiful landscape, nice walking trail. Also, commercial area is required to keep uniform look in the buildings, signs and is expanding area.

The place is not clean. Most of the walls, ceilings paints are falling off. Even from the entrance, everything looks unkempt, restrooms are dirty. This is the worst club house in the neighborhood. The place require an urget upgrade to meet up with the new club houses springing up in fortbend area.

Lots of fun at fieldstone, great community park with swimming pool and pleasant walk trail. Four turtles were present near the water fountain this week.
