Prices have gone up but that's just everything in the world in general now. I love Thrifting Thursday and filling my purple bag to get half off!!

There isn't a large selection and I haven't ever found anything AMAZING here. However, what they DO have is a clean store with merchandise that is in resale or better condition. They are a bit high in price and it is obvious that different staff or volunteers do pricing because it is very inconsistent. They could do a little better finding pairs or sets of items such as lamps bedding etc. They have an amazing sale one day a week where everything you can fit into a bag you purchase for $3 is 50% off weekly. You reuse the bag. They are also good about price adjustments for items slightly damaged or whatever. The main sections are furniture as you walk in and look to the middle and left. Then home decor with a dedicated seasinal aisle or section. There are pictures wall hangings and mirrors to the back right of the store and all along the walls / inside perimeter are items like electronics lamps a small selection of bedding in the back as well as infant toys and related items. Then there is media such as books DVDs etc and another small section in the back that is office supply and storage related. Coming back up the left wall is clothing such as designer and formal. Wedding gowns. There are a few shelves of shoes tho not a huge collection. Then there is the jewelery, the higher priced or fragile items are in shelving or behind counters. Employees have to help with those. And lastly along the check out area / line is a row of last minute impulse buy items. They have clean restrooms and as I said the store and products are decent and better. The staff isn't readily available but will help if you ask. It's also a good cause

This place is a total joke. All the staff here are horrible. The caseworker was no help and neither were staff. My belongings were tampered with. Staff putting clients up to harass and antagonize. They currently just put me in another room with an Indian lady who constantly harassed me. It's been time were I've complained about people putting their stuff in my laundry several times, they never did anything. Even this Indian lady she put dirty nasty panties by my bed and I reported it staff. Guess what nothing was done at all. Bottom line this place is a joke and they help you if staff likes you. All staff here had it out for me especially with their jealousy and envy. If you are trying to thrive and do better this isn't the place to get help.

Very Greedy and abusive power, they pick n choose who they want to help yes housing was great cause you had a roof over your head but once your in there and you move to apartment complex they rob you of your dignity and whatever is donated for clients is not handed out to clients as a matter of fact I seen worker’s put large bags in their cars after work hours and the good caseworkers quit or were fired now there’s a house full of devils someone needs to investigate this place something illegal is definitely going on FBCWC and Rio Bend!!!

Hotline workers don't want to be bothered! YVONNE was beyond rude and hung up on me when I called! I stayed here cpl years ago and they allowed drug addicts to overdose and drop pills all over while there was young kids there, and their escuse was they want women to fee llike they have control, SERIOUSLY? They pick and chose who to help, had to always ask for case management because they just want to sit in the office and gossip about everyone rather than do their job, place is in the middle of no where, not even on bus route and you can't even get around to make ur appointments, you can also be missing 3 days and they won't even report it because again, they want women to feel like they have control (the infamous excuse) Staff is a joke, no experience with domestic violence!!!
