The wait time is ridiculous with a scheduled appointment. Waiting over an hour and half to be seen is unacceptable!!!! I witnessed a person show up for their appointment, only to be told the person they see was out and had to reschedule. No phone call beforehand to notify of the need to reschedule. I have been to two other locations that were great. I do not recommend using this clinic, if you can avoid it.

I’ve been going to the Mesquite location for about a year and a half now. At first my experience was great, but lately they keep losing my appointments, so I have to reschedule over and over again. The front desk staff is also quite rude

I was there a year ago, it was not the best experience but my son received the attention and medication he required. We recently were there again and I have to recognize everything have improved: better customer service, kind and nice staff. Medical attention was excellent. Now there is the option to see a doctor on site and not just virtual. I hope this location keep improving.

This is insurance fraud. I went in for therapy sessions and was forced to see a psychiatrist first to be prescribed medication. She kept trying to diagnose me with anything in 30 mins of talking to me. She said and I quote,”well you came here so you know something is wrong.” They also unnecessarily took blood pressure height and weight vitals for a therapy session. They pretend to be a psychiatric hospital of some time. Based on the paperwork it appears they accept many people who are court ordered with no insurance which means they are scamming the government.

Absolutely awful. They do not pay attention to time or the urgency of referrals. Will wait weeks for prescriptions. Always an hour after the scheduled appointment time. Do not recommend

Update… -5 stars… this place is a joke and like to play with people mental health. After tried over 3 weeks to contact with the managers always sending me to the voicemail, my insurance call them because they “didnt have my insurance information to make a claim” they literally ditched me after I mentioned legal repercussions. They are not interested in my case or what they did to me. Shame on this place

- 1 star I had an appointment setup Wednesday Nov 27 I supposed see Linesse Vega in person (Jessica Moreno) however I got in a room with a computer with someone who apparently was Vega she prescribed me a cocktail of medication for my disorder and I ended with palpitations, dizziness and blackouts. At the end I ending with a brain concussion going to urgency care and CT scan to see any damage. This happened in less than a week and I spend a tone money and time to taking care of my situation and I ending call the facility again and figure out that the first provider was not te person who was I was supposed see. I never get the information of that person and my psychiatrist just told me I don’t know why they prescribe all that medication in ones for you we don’t know which one is causing you the problem so we just going to stop all and start over little by little a this point a going to press charge for mismanagement of the prescriptions. At the same time this unknown provider never told me that I will experiment those kind of symptoms that I have to not be able to drive or go to work. This is so irresponsible from This facility. Be aware.
Hopefully someone from management can contact me so we can find a resolution otherwise we will see in court

Greetings,

I am sending this message in concern of the communication style and method of Dr. Blessing at the Mesquite location. On several occasions, we experienced a lack of listening from Dr. Blessing. She constantly over-talks the patients and advocates for patients.

On today, we brought in a client with IDD for medications and Dr. Blessing refused to listen and understand what the advocate was expressing as the client's needs. She over-talked and consistently did so. The last time the patient was seen two weeks ago she sent a prescription to the incorrect pharmacy which caused the patient to return. Dr. Blessing has been told repeatedly the correct pharmacy and she refused to listen and comply with where it needed to be sent. This caused the patient to be without medications for three days. Dr. Blessing was also told about how medications were ordered giving the patient medications four times a day when the patient doesn't self-administer and lacks proper support to have it administered throughout the day. This medication is the same; she indicated she could not Review and make adjustments because this is how it was written in the emergency room. She suggested the patient return to the ER for an adjustment although she prescribes and supposedly monitors the effectiveness of the medication.

Our suggestion is Dr. Blessing review patient etiquette and understand the value of caregivers/advocates for IDD patients. Often these individuals cannot attend appointments independently and rely on caregivers to support their daily living.

We would love to speak with someone regarding how our individual can be better supported.

Note: The office staff was very helpful in trying to figure out where she sent medications and listening on the feedback for the disappointing from Dr. Blessing. They also scheduled the patient to see the doctor going forward so fingers crossed.

Office staff is always responsive and helpful. Scheduling is easy with virtual appointments to avoid the hassle of driving. Highly recommend.
