We took our 5 year old dog there for first time ever dental cleaning. With appointment, drop off took around 15 minutes. Employee were all happy and great. The also extracted 3 teeth and clipped the nails. Upon pickup, they explained clearly the medications. Very clean and well organized place and costed us 1/4 of what our vet asked for.

We rescued our cat Kiki a few months ago and only found out that she was spayed last night. Despite the FACT of them knowing that she had a home, they still clipped her ear and took way more off than the other cat that was taken. They DID NOT SPAY HER, so they should NOT have touched her ear! Now our cat has a huge hideous clipping on her ear for absolutely NO REASON! Do not let this place touch our cat unless you're watching every single step they take!

I love this place and their staff. Veterinarian offices are so ridiculously unaffordable. I could not afford to go there anymore. Went to a vet yesterday to look at my dogs ears. It was well over $200.

The girl that you have at the front is very rude. She tells us that we cannot stand not even buy our car. You need to work on better customer service very rude. It’s my car that I’m sitting on.

Great people making an impact on the stray population here in Texas. Love what they do and what they stand for! Extraordinary!

A little hard to get in for surgeries but they try their best.

Update:
To your response about ear tipping… I understand why ear tipping or notching is necessary. My complaint is that it was not just a notch or tip taken. A large portion of the cats ear was taken off! Just wanted to make TCAP aware so that maybe other cats don’t have to loose such a large portion of their ear.

I truly appreciate what TCAP does for the animals. We have used the Denton location multiple times over the last 20 years and it’s always been a good experience . However, I was quite taken back to see how they notched this cat’s ear today at the Garland location. They took a large portion of the ear off! This seems quite excessive.

This is a great place to have your dogs and cats immunized at a fraction of the cost. It's worth the wait time.
