As with any of the New Hope campuses, you will be welcomed/greeted at the door.
You will find friends and drinks with something to feed your stomach.
You will find live music to raise your spirit.
You will not only hear the living word but lessons of loving kindness to feed your soul.
And if I could only share one piece of advice to any greeter or volunteer, it would be to stop saying, "Have a good day," or "See ya later."
But instead, welcome them back with, "See ya next week."

I have been visiting churches for many years. I never turned down an invitation. I have driven hours just for a one-time visit. Yet, New Hope stands out among the crowd as the example, the standard, above all others big or small.
Forgive me if you are one who prefers a traditional formal setting with certain rituals and ornate works of art or stained glass, yet for me, I would not feel comfortable and likely vice versa. But I am happy to meet you on the left when I arrive through the gates. 🙂

I have found a home in this church! It is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The campus pastor and his wife are the sweetest people ever. They have a kids area where my girls are well taken care of and can learn about God at an age-appropriate level. Both of my girls get so excited to go to their class every Sunday. The worship band is amazing as well as Pastor Tim! I couldn't recommend this place enough!

My family and I have been attending this church for 5+ years now and it's has changed my(teen) son's life he says he loves it so much and it is such a good change to start going to new hope and they have so many events you and your family can attend. It is just a blessing the new hope came into the world. I love the teen program they keep the kids busy with summer camps, field trips, movie nights and it's amazing.Also on another note we get donuts kolaches coffee juice so no excuses you running late and didn't had time to eat.

Been attending New Hope at Friendswood since January 2015 and been a member since 2016. Of all of the churches I have attended and been affiliated with in my entire life, this is one that stands out above all others. This is a true church family who all work together to spread the love of Christ not only to the members but to the whole community as well. A church where all are accepted and welcomed with open arms regardless of race, background or. How you look or dress. The people all work to do their part in volunteering time to make this a church family with a true Christian spirit and following the example set by Christ while He was here on earth. From the music to the lessons, from the cafe volunteers to the custodial staff everyone comes together joyously and willingly so we can live up to our mission statement: To know Christ and to make Him known!!! You truly do belong here so come as you are and join in and I guarantee you will leave with a fully recharged body, mind and spirit.

Pastor Tim leads with great conviction about preaching God’s word in an unfiltered, not watered down way. We need more of this teaching in a world that is full of sinners that continues to turn their backs on God. I love my NHC family and our campus pastor, Mike Cervantes.
