I deserve to have the best of the best not anything less. So when you people are offering programs and services to help families it should be the best of your ability. Not for you to go to Google and copy and paste a list of places that I have to do the research myself. I think it's crazy how every parent and family is a liar but y'all are some how saints who follow the law and do everything right. I find it crazy that y'all allow families sit in those disgusting rooms with those dirty toys and germs and bacteria everywhere. I guarantee none of you would sit in those rooms with you or your families. Y'all never even clean or have anyone ever come down daily house keeping. Except probably just trash and restrooms. I think it's crazy that y'all put our kids in more danger with having random people driving our children around and us not know anything about these people or their driving records. Y'all put our kids in more harm in CPS care then they are with their families. Just because I am addict doesn't mean I am a bad parent not all bad parents are drug addicts. And not one solution fits all families. 0 to 5 is the most important part of a childs life so if they are moving around and being passed off to so many different people that are not their parents y'all cause that child a lifetime of trauma. Because you only care about kids from 8 to 5 us parents care about our kids 24/7 everyday of our lives. You have not been any help to me or my family but this is a national disaster with you guys using our children as monetary gain. You guys are not qualified or competent enough to take on this role of doing what's best for our children. I watch everyday hearing and seeing about so many forgotten children who actually need protection and saved but y'all some how always over look of don't see those kids. Y'all some how use power to get what you want and lie and do nothing but sit at a desk all day just absolutely nothing. I don't want no free help I want help that will actually work. I don't want to go to no ghetto clinic that is dirty and poor and in a bad neighborhood. Y'all programs do not work and y'all are failing families and giving them false hope that y'all can do something but here I am 6 months in and you can say I'm refusing all you want and you can blame me all you want but I know that none of you are doing your job right and I'm tired of the nonsense. Cut the middle man out I can do everything y'all are doing by myself . Y'all are waste of tax payer and stakeholders money. I hope that all those misappropriation of funds finally gets flagged by the new administration coming in January. One day there will be accountability and consequences of all those who have illegally taken kids from their families.

The permanency department is the worst department. They cause additional trauma. They are supposed to be helpful, yet they are far from competent. 3 case managers in 4 months. The first caseworker didn't even have correct phone numbers in the system. They are supposed to work around my s hedule as the kinship caretaker. Yet, they show up during the kids bedtime. I have had the children for 3 years and the parents have not complied and don't even live in the state. Enough is enough already.

OCOK does not approve CCMS for a teachers schedule. Only for spring break and summer. Which is great! But, most teachers are home at that time. What about for TEACHER WORK DAYS
Nope. Not for Christmas break either. JUST Spring Break, and Summer. 😡 makes no sense.
Also, can’t get ahold of anyone to ask!!?

Perry Pack stood in court asking the judge to close the case, citing that the state would continue to provide medical coverage for my niece, out of his own mouth, said he was not asking me to be responsible for that. Due to this, the judge denied my request to extend the hearing, allowing me time to get licensed, which would let her continue to receive medical coverage. Not 15 minutes later, the official court order showed I would be responsible for her medical/dental, and that both parents only had to pay $25/mo for her medical expenses. They are not worried about whether or not the child is going to a home that can provide for them. They are supposed to be outsourced to DPS to help with the load, but they are so inundated that they are just running through the numbers as well. I can’t even get a response back from anyone until it is time for court. Then people who I messaged over two weeks ago, all of a sudden remember that I exist And want to reach out.

Great place for children in CPS care. However, Even though the staff, case manager, therapist, and case worker now that my daughter ran away to my home. And my daughter wants to see me and come home.... CPS and OCKC Will not allow my daughter to have visitation, phone calls, or Zoom call or even let my daughter come home.

Overall a great mission to with the community to ensure permanence for families. However some of the leadership lack simple respect. There's a constant battle between workers and leaders. It's distasteful some leaders envy their workers and will blatantly be disrespectful there should be a consultant to come in and revamp DEI for OCOK

Horrible people who make caregivers' lives miserable instead of doing what is best for the children in their custody. Nobody here knows what they are saying or doing. When they don't know something they just make up lies or ignore you. Worst organization ever, cannot fathom how they are even in operation. Should be shut down, kids deserve better.
