This business is top notch with great customer service and pickup dependency! It was pouring rain the morning the pick up was scheduled but they picked up on time and took the time to leave receipt where it didn't get wet!

I wish no stars, which I have never done to a place that was highly recommended by a neighbor of mine and good friend, denying child who would benefit greatly. My child wanted to be in the program. I was told very rarely by Zara that kids weren't accepted. I told I had a good chance. I did every possible way to communicate with them. I was direct, open and honest. In the end it was a stab in the heart to know that they wont help struggling single parent families and those trying to help their kids. It was hard enough to get in touch with them in the beginning.

This youth-mentoring organization is top notch, and I can speak from the perspective of a donor and a volunteer. They put great effort into matching youth and adult mentors, providing outing opportunities and support, and ways to get more involved in the agency and network with other like-minded volunteers. Big Brothers Big Sisters is highly organized and make Phoenix volunteering a treat, not to mention the immense satisfaction you receive as a volunteer knowing that you're impacting a child's life.

This organization is awesome doing awesome work. Its not an easy task working to find kids the "perfect" match but they work hard to help those kids who need mentors and positive influences in their life. They have been a true treasure for my grandson. 🙂

I think this organization is fantastic and I am bothered by the uncaring humans who have chastised BBBS for donations on this site. Really? I am a Big Sister with them and I may be biased but everyone with this organization is friendly, helpful, happy, a delight to interact with and they do a phenomenal job!! I recently did get a call from them for clothing donations and the woman on the phone was so polite and friendly. If someone has a problem with phone solicitation, either don't answer a number you do not recognize or just be polite and say no and hang up. I am not sure when the world turned into everything being "about me" type attitude but it is very sad for those individuals who don't realize the power that BBBS has on the children it has in it's care and the huge impact it has on everyone involved. Please don't tarnish this organization for silly reasons!
